'NP-TANK 500 PW'. Factory applied, white coloured (once mixed), two-component, solvent-free epoxy coating. Mix Part A (white liquid) with Part B (dark amber liquid) in a 3:1 volume ratio. Apply as per manufacturer's TDS 'Rev. 06/22'. Cure for 7 days@30°C. For use with water up to 23°C. This material is only approved for the mixing and curing conditions that appear on the approval. 'FLOGUL 645B Bleu 5005'. Factory applied, blue coloured synthetic resin coating. Apply as per manufacturer's Technical Data Sheet, version '26/01/2023'. Cure for 7 days@20°C. For use with water up to 23°C.
'Xypex Concentrate'. Site applied, grey coloured, cementitious coating. Mix 'Xypex Concentrate' with water in a 5:2 ratio and apply as per manufacturer's datasheet 'DAT-CON-UK, REV-06-21'. Cure for 3 days@7°C in damp conditions, following by 18 days@7°C. Please note that 1 day cure = 24 hours. For use with water up to 50°C. This material is only approved for the mixing and curing conditions that appear on the approval. 'CPT CML Variation No.2 cementitious mortar’ for use with ‘Conplast RP264 Admixture'. Site applied, grey coloured (once mixed) cementitious mortar and admixture. 'CPT CML Variation No.2 cementitious mortar’ comprises of cement, sand and Microsilica. Mix cement and sand dry in a 1:1.1 mass ratio. Add the microsilica in a 1:0.05 mass ratio with the cement content. Add water in a cement/water mass ratio of 1:0.32. Add the admixture in an admixture/ cement ratio of 8ml:1000g. Mix rigorously until an even consistency is achieved and apply as per manufacturer’s instructions reference ‘2328’, dated 13/01/2023. Cure for 28 days@ between 10°C and 35°C.
