Range of latching (LV), proportional (PV), servo (SV), pilot (EV) solenoid valves with natural (appear white), plastic bodies. Pushfit models are for use with John Guest LLDPE and DMFIT LLDPE pipes. The inlets and outlets of all models are available with plastic flow regulators or plastic or copper strainers. All valves have a maximum working pressure of 10.0 bar. The bodies of valves with a silicone diaphragm are marked with an ‘S’ at the end of the model, e.g. ‘EV118/AS’ and have a maximum operating temperature 85°C. Valves with an EPDM diaphragm are for cold water use only and do not include this ‘S’ marking.

PVC-U models with a solvent weld pipe connection are for use with PVC-U pipe (manufactured to ISO 1452) and are supplied with a PVC-U solvent cement. ABS models with a solvent weld pipe connection are for use with ABS pipe (manufactured to ISO 15493) and are supplied with an ABS solvent cement. Maximum working pressure 16.0 Bar. Cure for 24 hours@23°C and then 4 hours@45°C. For use with water up to 65°C. This material is only approved for the mixing and curing conditions that appear on the approval. 'Kubota Powder TK1413F I'. Factory applied, grey coloured epoxy resin coating. Apply as per manufacturer's PDS '4384-23-403' dated '2023/11/16'. Cure for 10 minutes@200°C. For use with water up to 60°C. This material is only approved for the curing conditions that appear on the approval. If the cure conditions are varied from those specified on the approval then the material is not covered by the scope of the approval.
'V-PET#1340QD-F GRAY'. Factory applied, grey coloured epoxy resin coating. Apply as per manufacturer's instructions '2211447-2' dated '2023/11/16'. Cure for 20 minutes@180°C. For use with water up to 60°C. This material is only approved for the curing conditions that appear on the approval. If the cure conditions are varied from those specified on the approval then the material is not covered by the scope of the approval.
'Hydroplate 1914'. Site applied, two-component, white coloured (once mixed and applied) Epoxy-polyamine coating. Mix parts A & B in a 3:1 weight ratio and apply as per manufacturer's Product Data Sheet 'B034', dated 'September 2024'. Cure coat 1 for 48 hours at 15°C. Cure coat 2 for 21 days at 15°C. For use with water up to 50°C. This material is only approved for the mixing and curing conditions that appear on the approval. If the mixing and/or curing conditions are varied from those specified on the approval then the materials are not covered by the scope of the approval.
'PE 7144 Plastic Sleeve'. Natural (appears white), injection moulded polyethylene component. For use with water up to 85°C.
'EP701443C 'O' rings'. Black coloured, compression moulded EPDM 'O' rings. Shore hardness 70. Tested in-radius size 1.75mm. For use with water up to 85°C.
