`Scotchkote 206N`. Factory applied, green coloured, epoxy powder coating. Apply and cure as per manufacturer’s 'standard cure guide' which appears in document '80-6111-8352-8 Rev. B'. For use with water up to 23°C.
'SADIP-Mix'. Factory applied, grey coloured cement mortar. Mix sand, cement & water in a mix ratio of 2:1:0.5 and apply as per manufacturer's 'quality work instruction' document 'QW 41A', issue 4 dated 20/11/97. Cure for 24 hours@25°C. The cement mortar must then be submerged in water for 72 hours before use. For use with water up to 60°C. This material is only approved for the mixing, curing & soaking conditions that appear on the approval. If the mix/cure/soak conditions are varied from those specified on the approval then the material is not covered by the scope of the approval.
‘Klubertop TP 38-901’. Site applied, (transparent) white coloured PTFE lubricant coating. Apply and cure as per product information sheet ‘Prod. 099030, en-GB, Edition 12.05.2022’. For use with water up to 85°C.
'JDP21GEY‐5005, JDP21GEY‐5015 & JDP21GEY‐5017'. Factory applied, blue coloured, epoxy powder coatings. Apply as per manufacturer's Technical Data Sheet 'version 1.0', dated 15/02/2022. Cure for 20 minutes@180°C. For use with water up to 85°C. These materials are only approved for the curing conditions that appear on the approval. 'Belzona 1511 (Super HT – Metal)'. Site applied, two-component, silver/grey coloured (once mixed) epoxy coating. Mix parts A and B in a 5:1 mass ratio and apply as per manufacturer's instructions for use 'FN10178', publication number '07-06-21'. Cure for 18 hours@20°C then post-cure for 1 hour@100°C. For use with water up to 85°C. This material is only approved for the mixing and curing conditions that appear on the approval. 'Regin REGQ102-115'. Fibre/rubber gasket material, manufactured by calendaring, which is green coloured on one side and black coloured on the other. Shore hardness 65. For use with water up to 85°C. For use only as a jointing/gasket material having been tested at a reduced surface area to volume ratio.
'Crystic LS96PA Clear Gel Coat' for use with 'Crystic 2-446 PA GRP resin'. Contact moulded GRP resin, manufactured by hand lamination, for use with off-white coloured, factory applied gel coat. Apply as per manufacturer's quick guide 'issue number 1', dated 04/06/2018. Cure for 24 hours@23°C and then 3 hours@80°C. For use with water up to 23°C. This material is only approved for the curing conditions that appear on the approval. 'Crystic Vinyl Ester VE671PA'. Brown coloured (translucent), contact moulded GRP laminating material. For use with water up to 23°C.
‘SEA2001’ (manufactured in Italy, Poland & Turkey). Dual layer, extruded, composite hoses. Hoses with a black coloured inner layer and either a red or blue coloured outer layer are suitable for use with water up to 60°C. Hoses with a straw coloured, translucent inner and outer layer are suitable for use with water up to 60°C. Hoses with a black coloured inner layer and either a white or grey coloured outer layer are suitable for use with water up to 23°C. From January 2023 hoses with a black coloured inner layer and either a white or grey coloured outer layer are suitable for use with water up to 60°C.
'Molykote® 111 & Molykote® 7508'. Translucent white silicone greases. For use with water up to 85°C.
'Ferrimax 10T'. Grey coloured, sintered strontium ferrite magnet. For use with water up to 50°C.

'Dragon STD'. Site applied, off-white coloured, two-part epoxy resin and fibreglass cloth. Mix resin in a 77.8@22.2 volume ratio and apply to the fibreglass cloth. Once the cloth is fully impregnated, apply to the defect as per manufacturer's instructions 'IMG MPW 020' dated 01.07.2022. Cure for 24 hours@21°C or 4 hours@100°C. For use with water up to 85°C. This material is only approved for the mixing and curing conditions that appear on the approval. If the mixing and/or curing conditions are varied from those specified on the approval then the materials are not covered by the scope of the approval.
'EP12/2/5 BLK 'O'-rings & seals'. Black coloured, injection moulded EPDM 'O' rings & seals. Shore hardness 50. The ‘O’ rings have a tested in-radius size of 1.0mm. The seals have a tested in-radius size of 0.75mm. For use with water up to 85°C.
‘4280’ black coloured injection moulded EPDM rubber components. Shore hardness 80. '4280 Membrane' has a tested in-radius size of 1.75mm. ‘4280 ’O’ rings’ have a tested in-radius size of 1.31mm. ‘4280 washers’ have a tested in-radius size of 1.05mm. All components are for use with water up to 85°C.

'Spears® FlameGuard® FS-5 One-Step'. Red/brown coloured, liquid solvent cement. Apply as per manufacturer's instructions 'FG-3-0321'. No cure required. For use with water up to 82°C.
'40810813 (3019 THF Free)'. Colourless (transparent) solvent cement. Apply as per manufacturer's fact sheet 'TDS00481' dated 20th July 2018. Cure for between 24 hours and 21 days@7°C. For use with water up to 65°C. This material is only approved for the curing conditions that appear on the approval. ‘PK-HM 8 natural (6145) & PK-VM 8 natural (6146)’. Natural (appear beige in colour), injection moulded polyketone materials. For use with water up to 85°C.
Range of stop valves with plastic bodies and an EPDM diaphragm. The valves are operated via a switch located on the valve. The RCL and RPL models can also be operated by a remote switch. The product incorporates a plastic strainer central to the body. All valves are for use with copper pipe (manufactured to BS EN 1057).
