Mix cement, sand & water in a xx ratio of 1:1.5:0.5 and apply as per manufacturer's Work Instructions 'JSAW/AP01/DISP/PRO/WI-09', version '2.0', effective date '01.05.2023'. Cure for 2.5 hours@48°C and then 3 days@30°C. For use with water up to 60°C.
'LM-coat'. Factory applied, blue coloured, two-part Polyurea coating. Mix Part A (KOBECASE PS-6031) with Part B (COBENATE I-362) in a 100:100 volume ratio and apply as per manufacturer's TDS 'Rev. no: 02', dated '16.02.2022'. Cure for 4 hours@10°C. For use with water up to 23°C. This material is only approved for the mixing and curing conditions that appear on the approval. If the mix and/or cure conditions are varied from those specified on the approval then the material is not covered by the scope of the approval.
'PolyQuick® P-500 PW'. Factory applied, two component, grey coloured polyurea coating. Mix components A & B in a weight ratio of 1:1 and apply as per manufacturer's TDS 'v. 05-2025'. Cure for 48 hours@23°C. Between September 2022 and August 2024, the coating is for use with water up to 23°C. From September 2024, the coating is for use with water up to 60°C. This material is only approved for the mixing, curing & soaking conditions that appear on the approval. If the mix/cure/soak conditions are varied from those specified on the approval then the material is not covered by the scope of the approval.
'SOLID-01'. Factory applied, grey coloured cement mortar. Mix sand, cement and mortar in a weight ratio of 1:1:0.35 and apply as per manufacturer's User Instructions 'SOLID-196', 'Vision: A-2', dated '2019-8-28'. Cure for 24 hours@25°C. For use with water up to 23°C. This material is only approved for the mixing and curing conditions that appear on the approval. If the mix and/or cure conditions are varied from those specified on the approval then the material is not covered by the scope of the approval.
'PA6059 Pure Polyester Powder Coating'. Factory applied, blue coloured polyester coating. Apply as per manufacturer's instructions 'file no. FP180515 version 2' dated May 25, 2018. Cure for 15 minutes@200°C. For use with water up to 23°C. This material is only approved for the curing conditions that appear on the approval. If the cure conditions are varied from those specified on the approval then the material is not covered by the scope of the approval.
'KOD-E-2024/1'. Factory applied, blue coloured enamel coating. Apply as per manufacturer's instructions 'T264', revision '00', dated '16.07.2024'. Cure for 25 minutes@850°C. For use with water up to 85°C. This material is only approved for the curing conditions that appear on the approval. If the cure conditions are varied from those specified on the approval then the material is not covered by the scope of the approval.
'Evercrete Vetrofluid'. Site applied, colourless, cement waterproofing liquid. Apply two coats as per manufacturer's instructions dated '01 JULY 2024'. Cure Coat 1 for 4hrs 40mins@21ºC and Coat 2 for 36 days@21ºC. For use with water up to 23°C. This material is only approved for the curing conditions that appear on the approval. If the cure conditions are varied from those specified on the approval then the material is not covered by the scope of the approval.
'NATCEM AC'. Site applied, grey coloured cement mortar. Mix 'NATCEM AC' and water in a weight ratio of 5:1 and apply as per manufacturer's Instructions for Use 'Issue 4', dated '16 September 2024'. Cure for 4 hours@0°C. For use with water up to 23°C. This material is only approved for the mixing and curing conditions that appear on the approval. If the mix and/or cure conditions are varied from those specified on the approval then the material is not covered by the scope of the approval.
'Hansung M&S GRP Panel'. Light grey coloured, hot press moulded GRP panel. For use with water up to 60°C.
'UNISILKON TK 002/1000'. Clear lubricant, to be applied as per manufacturer's instructions. For use with water up to 65°C.
'Sinopec Water Pipeline Joint Lubricant (Si) (product code: 509164)'. Clear, translucent silicone base lubricant. Apply as per manufacturer's instructions. No cure required. For use with water up to 23°C.
'MS Schramberg Sintered Barium Ferrite (10-1176001)'. Dark grey coloured Sintered Barium Ferrite ring component. For use with water up to 85°C.
'ULTRAMID® T7300EG10 FC Aqua BK23285'. Black coloured, injection moulded PA66 material. For use with water up to 85°C.
'ESTAMID 66 G6 HS HR NATURALE'. Natural (appears off-white), injection moulded, glass fibre reinforced PA 66 material. For use with water up to 65°C.
'ULTRAMID B3E2G6 AQUA GREY 7118'. Grey coloured, injection moulded PA6 material. For use with water up to 85°C.
