'S' epoxy powder coating. Factory applied, blue coloured epoxy powder coating. Apply as per manufacturer's instructions 'SNC-EP09V1 - date 2009/12/1'. Cure for 24 hours@30°C. For use with water up to 50°C. This material is only approved for the curing conditions that appear on the approval. 'Relipoxy 342'. Factory applied, red coloured epoxy coating. Mix in a 3:1 weight ratio and apply in accordance with manufacturer's 'Standard Operating Procedure & Guidelines Revision 2' issue no. and date ;116/2021 15th Feb 2021'. Cure for 24 hours@30°C. For use with water up to 65°C. This material is only approved for the mixing and curing conditions that appear on the approval. 'Eurokote 468 Thixo Brun Rouge 500'. Factory applied, red/brown coloured, two-part epoxy coating consisting of a resin and hardener. Mix resin and hardener in a weight ratio of 70:30 and apply as per manufacturer's Technical Data Sheet version edit '23/01/202. Cure for 10 days@20°C. For use with water up to 60°C. This material is only approved for the curing conditions that appear on the approval. If the cure conditions are varied from those specified on the approval then the material is not covered by the scope of the approval.
'EXCELLUBE B300'. Factory applied, black coloured PTFE (low friction) coating. Apply as per instructions ‘issue 1’, dated 23.01.18. Cure for 20 minutes@240°C. For use with water up to 85°C. This material is only approved for the curing conditions that appear on the approval. 'EPIZEEL FA'. Factory applied, blue coloured epoxy coating. Mix and apply as per manufacturer's application manual 'E/DGHB-AP/02', 'revision No. 0.0', 'issue date 22.11.2021'. Cure for 7 days@30°C. 'Clean Tech HPEC 1001(J) Grey'. Factory applied, two-part, grey coloured (once mixed) polyurethane coating. Mix Parts A & B in a 3:1 volume ratio and apply as per manufacturer's product datasheet 'CCPL/HPCCDN/SPL/20-21/5 /C/R11/PS/R3/90s/F', issue date '15.01.2021'. Cure for 7 days@30°C. For use with water up to 35°C. This material is only approved for the mixing and curing conditions that appear on the approval. 'Resicoat PI (HKH01R)'. Factory applied, green coloured epoxy powder coating. Pre-heat the substrate to 180°C and apply and cure in accordance with Product Datasheet dated August 11, 2022. Post-cure for 30 minutes@230°C. For use with water up to 85°C. This material is only approved for the pre-heat and post-cure conditions that appear on the approval. If the pre-heat and/or post-cure conditions are varied from those specified on the approval then the material is not covered by the scope of the approval.
'Rhenolub® MK I-RB FDA'. Factory applied, clear epoxy coating. Apply as per manufacturer's instructions 'version 1' dated 28.10.2022. Cure for 30 minutes@140°C. For use with water up to 85°C. This material is only approved for the curing conditions that appear on the approval. If the cure conditions are varied from those specified on the approval then the material is not covered by the scope of the approval.
'Valve Green Powder Coating Pulver 010'. Factory applied, green coloured epoxy resin coating. Apply as per manufacturer's data sheet ‘FR.07.03.18 Rev. 01 08.03.2021', issued '30.03.2022'. Cure for 10 minutes@160°C. For use with water up to 85°C. This material is only approved for the curing conditions that appear on the approval. 'UPS 505 WAU Blue & Grey'. Site applied, two-component polyurethane coatings which are available in blue or grey colours (once mixed). Mix Part A (blue or grey opaque liquid) with Part B (amber, translucent liquid) in a 100:30.5 weight ratio and apply as per manufacturer's technical data sheet ‘TDS – UPS505WAU - Version 6 – August 2022'. Cure for 14 days@7°C. For use with water up to 23°C. This material is only approved for the mixing and curing conditions that appear on the approval. 'Belzona 5892'. Site applied, epoxy coating consisting of Belzona 5892 (white – Parts A & B) & Belzona 5892 (grey – Parts A & B). Belzona 5892 (white – Parts A & B) are mixed in a weight ratio of 5.7:1 and then applied as a first coat (no cure) in accordance with manufacturer’s instructions for use ‘FN10106’, publication number ’04-11-20(01)’. Belzona 5892 (grey – Parts A & B) are mixed in a weight ratio of 5.7:1 and then applied to the white in accordance with manufacturer’s instructions for use ‘FN10106’, publication number ’04-11-20(01)’. ‘Belzona 1341 available in Blue & Grey’. Site applied, two-component epoxy coatings consisting of a base and solidifier. Mix and apply as per manufacturer’s instructions for use ‘FN10139’, publication no. ’07-03-19’. Cure coat 1 for 4 hours at a temperature of between 10°C and 30°C. Cure coat 2 as per in accordance with ‘full mechanical loading or water in manufacturer’s instructions for use ‘FN10139’, publication no. ’07-03-19’. For use with water up to 23°C. 'BÜFA®-ISO-Gelcoat 3000-H 572-9735 & Synolite 5410-P-4'. Grey coloured, unsaturated polyester gelcoat with a hand-laid unsaturated polyester resin and fibreglass laminate. 'ELTEX Superstress TUB121N3000'. Black coloured, extruded polyethylene material. For use with water up to 23°C.
'DIC.PPS Z-230-T3 BLACK'. 'DIC.PPS Z-230-T3 BLACK-U' was added to the approval in September 2023. Black coloured, injection moulded PPS materials manufactured in Komaki (Japan), Penang (Malaysia). For use with water up to 85°C.
