Range of multi-layered flexible hoses (TPE inner liner/PVC middle/PVC outer with polyester braiding in-between) and stainless-steel braided EPDM flexible hoses. The hoses are supplied with a variety of end connections incorporating brass barbed hose inserts or white plastic barbed hose inserts. The hoses may also incorporate a servicing valve (see model). The push fit connectors are to be used with copper pipe (Manufactured to EN1057), PB pipe (Manufactured to BS EN21003) & PE-x pipe (manufactured to BS EN7291-3). Products shown with a “P” suffix (eg. WFLX15P, FLX43P) are a prepacked variant of the original product eg. WFLX15, FLX43. Products shown with a “SB” suffix (eg. FLX15P-SB, WFLX28-SB) are a reduced box quantity of an existing product. Range of indirect and direct unvented storage cylinders consisting of either no coil (GLE) or a factory fitted single (GLC) or twin coil (GLT). The secondary circuit is supplied with a temperature and pressure relief valve set at 7.0 bar@85˚C for 1.0-6.0 bar products and 10.5 bar@95°C for 6.0-10.0 bar products. The products are supplied with an inlet control group (safety kit) consisting of a pressure reducing valve, an expansion relief valve 6.0 bar (1.0-6.0 bar products) or 10.5 bar (6.0-10.0 bar products) and an approved check valve, however, the complete product has not been fully tested to demonstrate it provides backflow protection. A range of wall mounted self-closing shower valves (chromium plated brass), incorporating a spring loaded headwork with a dome type operating member. Model TF222CP250 is supplied with metal back nut. Maximum working pressure 10.0 bar. Maximum working temperature 60°C.
Concealed, thermostatic shower blending valve, incorporating a brass body and a (chrome plated) functional trim set. The functional trim set comprises of two detent headworks (push to on, push to off) as the main flow control for each shower outlet, a ¼ turn ceramic disc valve with a dome type operating member controlling the flow volume, and a thermostatic cartridge controlling the temperature with a dome type operating member incorporating a manual override button. The functional trim set is also supplied with two brass assemblies comprising of a plastic filter, EPDM ‘O’-rings and an approved check valve cartridge, however the complete assembly has not been tested to demonstrate it provides adequate backflow protection. These assemblies are to be inserted into the concealed body. Maximum working pressure 5.0 bar. Maximum operating temperature 60°C.
Range of wall mounted thermostatic shower panels. Model TFP3001 incorporates a single sequential headwork which controls the flow and temperature using a single lever operating member with an addtional self-closing headwork with dome type operating member which also controls the flow to a fixed shower head. Model TFP3002 incorporates a single sequential headwork which controls the flow and temperature using a single lever operating member to a fixed riser rail shower hose and handset. Model TFP3003 incorporates a self-closing headwork which controls the flow using a dome type operating member to a fixed shower outlet, temperature is pre-set using a thermostatic valve. The inlets on all models incorporate single check valve cartridges, however, the complete product has not been fully tested to demonstrate it provides backflow protection. Supplied with stainless steel strainers, flow restrictors and isolation valves. Maximum working pressure 10.0 Bar. Maximum operating temperature 60°C.
