‘DURACON® M90-57 WK2001 & DURACON® M270-57 WK2001’. Grades 'M90-57 WK2001BG' & 'M270-57 WK2001BG' were added to the approval during September 2022. White coloured, injection moulded POM materials. For use with water up to 85°C.
'Ductan 087'. Factory applied, blue coloured PE coating. Apply by flock spray onto a part/item pre-heated to 200°C for 20 minutes and allow to cool. No cure required. For use with water up to 23°C. This material is only approved for the application conditions that appear on the approval. If the application conditions are varied from those specified on the approval then the material is not covered by the scope of the approval.
'Korepox H.B EH3100'. Factory applied, two component, cream coloured epoxy resin coating. Mix in a 3:1 volume ratio and apply as per manufacturer's instructions dated April 2009. Cure for 7 days@25°C. For use with water up to 40°C. This material is only approved for the mixing and curing conditions that appear on the approval. If the mixing and/or curing conditions are varied from those specified on the approval then the materials are not covered by the scope of the approval.

‘PVEF undercoat with Fluiglide Topcoat’. Factory applied, cream coloured (once mixed and applied), coating system comprising of ‘Polyglass VEF’, two-component glassflake vinyl ester undercoat and ‘Fluiglide’, two-component polyester topcoat. Mix and apply ‘Polyglass VEF’ in accordance with Corrocoat ‘product reference 2/23’ dated ‘5th June 2007’ and last reviewed ‘March 2022’. Cure for 24 hrs@20°C (±1°C). Mix and apply ‘Fluiglide’ in accordance with Corrocoat ‘product reference ‘4/01’, valid from ‘23rd October 1995’ and last reviewed ‘March 2022’. Cure for a minimum of 6 days@20°C (with a lower tolerance of -1°C). These materials are only approved for the curing conditions that appear on the approval. If the cure conditions are varied from those specified on the approval then the materials are not covered by the scope of the approval.
'Ya-Coat Amiantit (SADIP)'. Factory applied, two-component, green coloured (once mixed and applied) PU coating. Mix base and hardener in a 3:1 volume ratio and apply as per manufacturer's process document 'MW 106-5 issue 1', dated 26/06/2007. Cure for 10 minutes@35°C. For use with water up to 23°C. This material is only approved for the mixing and curing conditions that appear on the approval. If the mixing and/or curing conditions are varied from those specified on the approval then the materials are not covered by the scope of the approval.
'Aquakote Grey for use with Aquakote Blue'. Site applied, blue coloured (once applied), two-component epoxy coating. 'Aquakote Grey’ is the base coat and comprises of Parts A (grey liquid) & B (amber liquid) which are to be mixed in a 100:17 mass ratio and then applied in a wet film thickness of 200µm. Cure for 12 hours@10°C before applying top-coat. 'Aquakote Blue’ is the top-coat and comprises of Parts A (blue liquid) & B (amber liquid) which are to be mixed in a 100:17 mass ratio and then applied in a wet film thickness of 200µm. Cure for 12 hours@10°C. For use with water up to 23°C. Please note that 'Aquakote Grey & Aquakote Blue' are to be used in conjunction with each other. the approval does not cover 'Aquakote Grey and/or Aquakote Blue' when applied as a single coat.
