Flow is controlled via a combination of solenoid valves and electronic pumps to the outlets. The products incorporate a pressure reducing valve (adjustable outlet pressure between 2.25 and 2.75 bar) on the supply to the carbonator unit. The carbonator inlet incorporates a non-return valve. The products are supplied with a filter cartridge. Shower kits with ½” (M) inlets are also supplied with a brass wall elbow which incorporate a plastic flow regulator and an approved single check valve cartridge (however, the complete product has not been fully tested to demonstrate it provides backflow protection).
