'H-453'. Factory applied, grey coloured ceramic epoxy coating. Apply as per manufacturer's Technical Data Sheet 'TWJ-H-453', 'Edition A1', dated '01/12/2023'. Cure for 7 days@25°C. For use with water up to 65°C. This material is only approved for the curing conditions that appear on the approval. 'Purethane NXT. Factory applied, off-white coloured, two-component Polyurethane coating. Mix resin and activator in a 2.5:1 volume ratio and apply as per manufacturer's 'APP-CA-NXT-Rev 04', dated '01.04.2023'. Cure for 7 days@23°C. For use with water up to 35°C. This material is only approved for the mixing & curing conditions that appear on the approval. 'Electrocement type CEM III A'. Factory applied, grey coloured slag cement mortar. Mix cement, sand and water in a mass ratio of 0.6:1.0:0.22 and apply as per manufacturer's work instructions 'WP-08-05 I', issue '04', rev. '0', dated '22.08.2024'. Cure for 28 days at 20°C - 22°C OR 24 hours@27°C. For use with water up to 50°C. This material is only approved for the curing conditions that appear on the approval. ‘Cicoprime®25 Primer and Cicoshield®PW100 Coating'. Factory applied, grey coloured (once mixed), two-component primer (non-water contact primer) and two-component coating (water contact coating). Mix and apply Cicoprime®25 Primer in a 1:1 ratio and apply as per Technical Data Sheet ‘version 1.1’, dated October 2023. Cure for 2 hours@25°C. Then mix Cicoshield®PW100 Coating in a 1:1 ratio and apply as per Technical Data Sheet ‘version 1.1’, dated August 2024. Cure for 1 minute@25°C. For use with water up to 85°C.
'61300 EPOXY TB BT BLEU 5005'. Factory applied, blue coloured epoxy powder coating. Spray apply as per manufacturers TDS dated '15/2/2019'. Cure for 20 minutes@160°C. For use with water up to 23°C. This material is only approved for the curing conditions that appear on the approval. 'SMS-FBE-Blue'. Factory applied, blue coloured fusion bonded epoxy coating. Apply as per manufacturer`s TDS 'Document Code 53', 'Publication No 5', dated 01.03.2024. Cure for 35 minutes@200°C. Black coloured, injection moulded EPDM gasket seal rings. Shore hardness 70. Tested in-radius size between 0.75mm & 2.0mm. For use with water up to 85°C.
'E70C397'. Black coloured, compression moulded EPDM 'O' ring. Shore hardness 70. Tested in-radius size between 0.25mm and 5.0mm. For use with water up to 85°C.
'EP11/7/4 BLK'. Black coloured, injection moulded EPDM rubber `O` rings & gaskets. Shore hardness 70. The ‘O’-rings have a tested in-radius size of 1.5mm. The gaskets have a tested in-radius size of 1.4mm. For use with water up to 85°C.
