‘G5 BCS’ range of command centres that provide instant near boiling, sparkling and chilled water (all filtered) via an electronically controlled tap (not supplied). Flow is controlled via a combination of solenoid valves and electronic pumps to the outlets. The products incorporate a pressure reducing valve (adjustable outlet pressure between 2.25 and 2.75 bar) on the supply to the carbonator unit. The carbonator inlet incorporates a non-return valve. The products are supplied with a filter cartridge. The products can also be supplied with a hot water booster and/or a venturi system to provide mains cold water combined with water from the hot water tank (see model). Maximum inlet supply pressure 5.0 bar. Maximum operating temperature 100˚C. Cold supply only.
Range of wall mounted combination boilers providing domestic hot water via a plate heat exchanger and pressurised central heating system. The primary circuit incorporates a pressure relief valve set at 3.0 bar and an expansion vessel. The products are supplied with a temporary filling loop which incorporates a combined isolation valve and double check valve assembly (suitable for backflow protection against Fluid Category 3), stainless steel braided EPDM lined flexible hose assembly and an isolation valve. The secondary circuit (DHW) incorporates a stainless-steel strainer. The primary circuit incorporates isolation valves on the flow and return. Permanent filling devices for primary heating and chilled water closed circuits in domestic and non-domestic premises. The mains and closed circuit system pressures are continuously checked by two pressure sensors and their differential monitored by microprocessors. If the mains pressure is adequate and there is a drop in system pressure, then the two solenoid valves operate to allow water into the system via the transfer chamber. At all other times the normally open solenoid valve drains the transfer chamber to waste, via tundish (meeting the requirements of an air gap to drain), and allowing air to be admitted via an automatic air vent to create an atmospheric disconnection across the transfer chamber.
