Permanent filling device for primary heating and chilled water closed circuits in domestic and non-domestic premises. The mains and closed circuit system pressures are continuously checked by two pressure sensors and their differential monitored by microprocessors. In the event of a fall in system pressure, and only if the mains pressure is adequate, two solenoid valves operate to allow water into the system via the transfer chamber. At all other times the normally open solenoid valve drains the transfer chamber to waste, via tundish (meeting the requirements of an air gap to drain), and allowing air to be admitted via an automatic air vent to create an atmospheric disconnection across the transfer chamber. Maximum working pressure 5.0 Bar. Cold water use only.
‘Extreme’ range of stainless steel indirect hot water storage vessels. The secondary circuit of the cylinder is factory fitted with a temperature and pressure relief valve set at 10.0bar/90˚C. A safety kit inlet control group consisting of a pressure reducing valve adjustable between 1.5 and 6.0 bar (but pre-set at 6.0 bar), an expansion relief valve set at 8.0 bar, an expansion vessel and a tundish. The inlet control group also incorporates a check valve cartridge, verified by test (suitable for backflow protection against Fluid Category 2) and a stainless-steel strainer. The cylinder incorporates a spherical valve on the supply to and from the plate heat exchanger. The cylinder is also supplied with a loose drain valve. Maximum inlet supply pressure to the pressure reducing valve is 8.0 bar. Maximum operating pressure: Secondary circuit - 7.5bar. Primary circuit - 10.0bar. Maximum operating temperature: Secondary circuit - 85°C. Primary circuit - 88°C.
Range of booster sets consisting of two to four electronically controlled pumps which are connected in parallel and mounted on a common base provided with suction and discharge manifolds, spherical valves, expansion vessels and pressure gauge/transducers and non return valves. Cold water use only. Maximum working pressure 10 bar where the MTPA vessel is installed. 16 bar where the MTMB vessel is used.
