'Kepital F10-01 T2, F10-02, F10-03H, F20-03M, F25-03 & F30-03M'. The following grades were added to the approval in April 2023: ‘Kepital F30-34, F10-01, F10-03HM, F20-03, F25-03M & F30-03’. Natural, unpigmented (white in appearance), injection moulded POM materials. All the grades listed can be coloured using the following masterbatch MB-S315F (black coloured masterbatch). All are for use with water up to 85°C.
'ABS Bianco CP .2503 HI70' (also known as DWKRAL ABS Bianco 4698 AT). White coloured, injection moulded ABS material. For use with water up to 35°C.
ML-9005WGL414 (black coloured - RAL 9005), ML-6018WGL424 (green coloured - RAL 6018), ML-9A10WGL444 (white coloured - RAL 9010), ML-5007WGL424 (blue coloured - RAL 5007) & ML-6621WGL424 (green coloured - Pantone 334 C). Factory applied, electro-statically sprayed epoxy powder coatings. Apply as per manufacturer’s Product Data Sheet ‘Pdb_ML-WGL414-EN (03-2023)’, dated ’23.03.2023’. Stove (cure) for 8 minutes at 180°C. For use with water up to 65°C. These materials are only approved for the curing conditions that appear on the approval. 'KUBOTAPOWDER TK1413F M'. Factory applied, grey coloured epoxy resin powder coating. Apply as per manufacturer's Technical Information 'No. SG23180' dated '11 June 2021'. Cure for 10 minutes@200°C. For use with water up to 60°C. This material is only approved for the curing conditions that appear on the approval. If the cure conditions are varied from those specified on the approval then the material is not covered by the scope of the approval.
'A/W AQUA (A) Epoxy 100'. Site applied, pale straw coloured epoxy/linseed oil waterproof coating. Apply as per manufacturer's Technical Document 'FSQP-707-05' dated '2021.01.04'. Cure for 6 hours under UV light (wavelength 365μm) at a distance of 150mm. For use with water up to 23°C. This material is only approved for the curing conditions that appear on the approval. If the cure conditions are varied from those specified on the approval then the material is not covered by the scope of the approval.
‘MasterProtect® 180’. Site applied, grey coloured, two-component epoxy coating consisting of Part A (grey coloured liquid) and Part B (colourless liquid). Mix Part A and Part B in a mass ratio of 87:13 and apply as per manufacturer's TDS 'MBS_CC-UAE/Pr_180/ /03_23'. Cure coat 1 for 36 hours@20°C. Cure coat 2 for 21 days@20°C. For use with water up to 40°C. This material is only approved for the mixing and curing conditions that appear on the approval. If the mixing and/or curing conditions are varied from those specified on the approval then the material is not covered by the scope of the approval.
'Maxline 100 Potable Water Coating Blue & Grey'. Site applied, two-component polyurethane coatings which are available in blue or grey colours (once mixed). Mix Part A (blue or grey opaque liquid) with Part B (amber, translucent liquid) in a 100:30.5 weight ratio and apply as per manufacturer's technical data sheet 'TDSMLI100.rv5.04042023'. Cure for 14 days@7°C. For use with water up to 23°C. This material is only approved for the mixing and curing conditions that appear on the approval. If the mixing and/or curing conditions are varied from those specified on the approval then the materials are not covered by the scope of the approval.
'ULTRADUR B4300 GK24 HR FC AQUA GREY 35413'. Grey coloured, injection moulded PBT material. For use with water up to 85°C.
'Dowlex 2344'. Natural (appears white), compression moulded LLDPE material. From May 2025, the material may also be used for extrusion purposes. For use with water up to 85°C.
'AY-N130X series'. Injection moulded PPE materials. For use with water up to 85°C. • AY-N130X-GY843 – grey coloured (contains 30% maximum glass fibre, 2% maximum white pigment, 0.01% maximum black pigment). • AY-N130X-YW05 – yellow coloured (contains 30% maximum glass fibre, 1.5% white pigment, 0.5% maximum yellow pigment). • AY-N130X-BK001 – black coloured (contains 30% maximum glass fibre, 0.5% maximum black pigment).
'Innopol CS 4-8000 G'. Grey coloured, compression moulded polypropylene material. For use with water up to 60°C.
'UW61424 & UW61427 – Instinct'. White coloured, extruded PTFE tapes. For use with water up to 85°C.
'Superfast Steel (SFST)'. Epoxy putty which has a grey coloured outer layer, a black coloured inner layer and is grey coloured once mixed. Mix layers by hand until a homogenous colour is achieved and then apply as per product label. Cure for 24 hours@7°C. For use with water up to 23°C. This material is only approved for the curing conditions that appear on the approval. If the cure conditions are varied from those specified on the approval then the material is not covered by the scope of the approval.
'7EP2114 'O'-rings'. Black coloured, injection moulded EPDM 'O'-rings. Shore hardness 70. Tested in-radius size 0.9mm. For use with water up to 85°C.
'4255 Washers', with a tested in-radius size of 1.0mm. '4255 ‘O’ rings', with a tested in-radius size of 1.31mm were added to the approval in September 2023. Black coloured, injection moulded EPDM washers & ‘O’ rings. Shore hardness of 50. For use with water up to 85°C.
