The safety kit incorporates a pressure reducing valve (Caleffi) set at 3.5 bar, strainer, check valve cartridge, verified by test (suitable for backflow protection against Fluid Category 2 and an expansion valve (Caleffi) set at 6 bar, expansion vessel (Reflex) and a tundish (Caleffi). The temperature of the hot water is controlled by a factory fitted manual control (set at 60˚C) and a high pressure switch positioned on the heat pump module (maximum temperature 65˚C) The cylinders are factory fitted with standard dual control immersion heater. KARUMEL EX4413-F103. Factory applied, fusion bonded, epoxy powder coating available in blue or red. Apply and cure in accordance with 'Application Guide KARUMEL EX4413-F103', issue 'KCSA-230201', dated February 2023, (curing as per Section 3.6). For use with water up to 85°C.
'SGPAM-CN-WB01'. Factory applied, blue coloured water based coating. Apply as per manufacturer's TDS 'PAMPIPE-TDC-WA04', version '4', dated '16/11/2022'. Cure for 30 minutes@50°C. For use with water up to 23°C. If the curing conditions are varied from those specified on the approval then the material is not covered by the scope of the approval.
'TYSN-01'. Factory applied, grey coloured cement. Mix sand, water & cement in a 1.5:1.0:1.0 weight ratio and apply as per manufacturer's instructions file number 'GB1752023', edition 'A0', dated '2023-06-11'. Cure for 24 hours at 25°C. For use with water up to 65°C. This material is only approved for the mixing and curing conditions that appear on the approval. 'Ductan 087'. Factory applied, bright blue coloured, modified PE powder coating. Apply as per manufacturer’s application guidance document ‘issue 1’, dated 3rd August 2018. No curing is required. For use with water up to 60°C.
'AYYTCM-01'. Factory applied, grey coloured cement mortar. Mix cement:sand:water in a 1:3.0:0.4 weight ratio and apply as per MSDS '20170508A1'. Air cure for 4 hours@23°C and the steam cure for 6 hours@60°C. For use with water up to 65°C. This material is only approved for the mixing and curing conditions that appear on the approval. Luberpox – 2K – DS-Lackfarbe IV80, Wilo Grün nach Muster/IW80 Hardener (green coloured) & Luberpox – 2K – DS-Lackfarbe IV80, RAL 9011 Graphitschwarz/IW80 Hardener (black coloured).
