Cure for 16 hours@70°C. For use with water up to 85°C. This material is only approved for the mixing and curing conditions that appear on the approval. ‘Kejriwal OPC’. Factory applied, grey coloured in-organic, Ordinary Portland Cement mortar. Mix cement, sand & water in a mass ratio of 1:1.2:0.5. Cure for 28 days@32°C. For use with water up to 65°C. This material is only approved for the mixing and curing conditions that appear on the approval. If the mix and cure conditions are varied from those specified on the approval then the material is not covered by the scope of the approval.
'Epilux QD Exterior Coating'. Factory applied, blue coloured, two-component epoxy coating comprising of a base and accelerator. Mix base and accelerator in a 3:1 volume ratio and apply as per manufacturer's data sheet '679', dated 'Jun 2020'. Cure for 7 days@30°C. For use with water up to 23°C. This material is only approved for the mixing and curing conditions that appear on the approval. If the mixing and/or curing conditions are varied from those specified on the approval then the material is not covered by the scope of the approval.
'Cementitious Coating 851 White'. Site applied, light grey coloured (once mixed), two-component cementitious coating. Mix Part A (white liquid) with Part B (powder) in a weight ratio of 1:4 then apply in accordance with manufacturer's instructions '851 /031/012' dated 'July 2021'. Cure for 21 days@7°C. For use with water up to 23°C. This material is only approved for the mixing and curing conditions that appear on the approval. If the mixing and/or curing conditions are varied from those specified on the approval then the material is not covered by the scope of the approval.
'Intercrete 4841 White'. Site applied, light grey coloured (once mixed), two-component cementitious coating. Mix Part A (white liquid) with Part B (powder) in a weight ratio of 1:4 then apply in accordance with manufacturer's instructions '4841/031/012' dated 'July 2021'. Cure for 21 days@7°C. For use with water up to 23°C. This material is only approved for the mixing and curing conditions that appear on the approval.
