'Abcite 1060 DW Blue & Abcite X60 DW Blue'. Factory applied, blue coloured thermoplastic powder coatings applied by dipping in a fluidised bed. Pre-heat substrate the coating is to be applied to for 12 minutes@280°C. Post-heat for 5 minutes@160°C. For use with water up to 23°C. These materials are only approved for the pre-heat and post-heat conditions that appear on the approval. If the pre-heat and/or post-heat conditions are varied from those specified on the approval then the materials are not covered by the scope of the approval.
'Endolac® 245.10'. Factory applied, black coloured bituminous paint. Apply as per manufacturer's data sheet 'Version dated 05/09/2013'. Cure for 7 days at 20°C. For use with water up to 50°C. This material is only approved for the curing conditions that appear on the approval. If the cure conditions are varied from those specified on the approval then the material is not covered by the scope of the approval.
'Kopatch PC300'. Factory applied, blue coloured, two-component epoxy coating. Mix part A (blue coloured liquid) and part B (colourless liquid) in a 5:1 mass ratio. Cure for 7 days@25°C. For use with water up to 23°C.
'Novapress Ambition’ (grey coloured) and ‘Novaform 660' (light green on one side and beige on the other). Fibre/NBR gasket materials manufactured by calendaring. For use with water up to 85°C. For use only as a jointing/gasket material having been tested at a reduced surface area to volume ratio.
'Tesnit BA-U'. Blue coloured fibre/NBR material. In March 2023, 'Tesnit BA-U', yellow coloured fibre/NBR material was added to the approval. Both blue and yellow are manufactured by calendaring and are for use with water up to 85°C. For use only as a jointing/gasket material having been tested at a reduced surface area to volume ratio.
