`POWLAC EY161`. Factory applied, blue coloured epoxy powder coating. Apply as per manufacturer's instructions `no. CKP-2015-0172`. Cure for 5 minutes@180°C. For use with water up to 85°C. If the cure conditions are varied from those specified on the approval then the material is not covered by the scope of the approval.
'Global Smart (INSUPIPE)'. Factory applied, grey coloured cement. Mix cement:sand:water in a 30:55:15 ratio. Cure for 48 hours@25°C. For use with water up to 85°C. This material is only approved for the mixing and curing conditions that appear on the approval. If the mixing and/or curing conditions are varied from those specified on the approval then the material is not covered by the scope of the approval.
'ELASTOPOXY PRIMER HP and ELASTOSEAL W Coating'. Factory applied, grey coloured (once mixed), two-component primer (non-water contact primer) and two-component coating (water contact coating). Mix and apply 'ELASTOPOXY PRIMER HP as per Product Data Sheet ‘TSS/TD/280721/C’. Cure for 2 hours@25°C. Then mix and apply ‘ELASTOSEAL W Coating’ as per Product Data Sheet ‘TSS/TDS/260721-B’. Cure for 1 minute@25°C. For use with water up to 85°C.
'SYI-03'. Factory applied, grey coloured, Portland cement mortar. Mix cement, sand and water in a mass ratio of 1:1.5:0.6. Cure for 4 hours@23°C. For use with water up to 65°C. This material is only approved for the mixing and curing conditions that appear on the approval. If the mix and/or cure conditions are varied from those specified on the approval then the material is not covered by the scope of the approval.
'Neropoxy Solvent Free Coating White & Red'. Factory applied, white or red coloured, two-component epoxy coating comprising of a base and hardener. Mix base and hardener in a 3:1 mass ratio. Cure for 10 days@28°C. For use with water up to 23°C. This material is only approved for the mixing and curing conditions that appear on the approval. If the mixing and/or curing conditions are varied from those specified on the approval then the material is not covered by the scope of the approval.
'QuickSpray Industrial W coating for use with Quick Prime primer'. Factory applied, blue coloured coating system comprising of a primer and topcoat. ‘Quick Prime’ is a two-component epoxy primer. Mix parts A & B in a 1:2 volume ratio and cure for 4 hours@20°C. ‘QuickSpray Industrial W’ is a two-component elastomeric topcoat. Mix parts A & B in a 1:1 volume ratio, apply over the primer and then cure for 24 hours@20°C. For use with water up to 23°C. This material is only approved for the mixing and curing conditions that appear on the approval. 'PPA 801 Blue 502'. Factory applied, grey coloured modified PE blend coating. Pre-heat part/item to be coated to 340°C, dip into a fluidized bed containing the coating and then allow to cool at room temperature. No cure required For use with water up to 23°C. This material is only approved for the application conditions that appear on the approval. If the application conditions are varied from those specified on the approval then the material is not covered by the scope of the approval.
'Nu Vista'. Factory applied, grey coloured Portland Slag Cement. Mix water, sand and cement in a mass ratio of 1:2:3. Cure for 1.5 hours@30°C, then 4 hours at 45°C and then 28 days (672 hours)@35°C. For use with water up to 60°C. This material is only approved for the mixing and curing conditions that appear on the approval. If the mixing and/or curing conditions are varied from those specified on the approval then the material is not covered by the scope of the approval.
'TML Dalmia Infra Pro'. Factory applied, grey coloured Portland Slag Cement. Mix water, sand and cement in a mass ratio of 1:2:3. Cure for 1.5 hours@30°C, then 4 hours@45°C and then 28 days (672 hours) @35°C. For use with water up to 60°C. This material is only approved for the mixing and curing conditions that appear on the approval. If the mixing and/or curing conditions are varied from those specified on the approval then the material is not covered by the scope of the approval.
'EPX-111'. Blue coloured, factory applied epoxy powder coating. Apply and cure as per manufacturer's instructions XL-R-019-R1 dated 2015-11-12'. For use with water up to 23°C. 'ColorDur T300 EPOXY SF Coating - Red' & 'ColorDur T300 EPOXY SF Coating - Grey' (grey was added to approval in August 2022). Factory applied, two-component, red or grey coloured epoxy coating. Mix resin and hardener in a 3:1 volume ratio. Cured for 7 days@30°C. For use with water up to 23°C. This material is only approved for the mixing and curing conditions that appear on the approval. 'EPX-213H Grey'. Factory applied, grey coloured, epoxy powder coating. Apply and cure as per manufacturer's instructions 'XL-R-019-R2' dated '2015-11-12'. For use with water up to 85°C.
'KD-002'. Factory applied, blue coloured powder coating. Apply and cure as per manufacturer's instructions file number 'KD-1230-20', version 'A0', dated '2020-12-30'. For use with water up to 23°C.
'SC2 Coating'. Factory applied, clear, PTFE based coating. Apply and cure as per manufacturer's instructions 'LDAP-002 issue 1' dated 09-08-2016. For use with water up to 85°C.
'Protecfull SFP 108'. Factory applied, two-component, cream coloured polyurethane coating. Mix part A & part B in a 75:25 volume ratio and apply as per manufacturer's instructions reference '016. Ed.01.21' dated August 24, 2021. Cure for 7 days@23°C. For use with water up to 23°C. This material is only approved for the mixing and curing conditions that appear on the approval. If the mixing and/or curing conditions are varied from those specified on the approval then the material is not covered by the scope of the approval.
'Hempaline Defend 630 Cure 72'. Factory applied, white coloured, two-component epoxy coating. Mix base and curing agent in a 3:1 volume ratio and apply as per manufacturer's product data sheets dated June 2021, Cure for 6 days@20°C. For use with water up to 60°C. This material is only approved for the curing conditions that appear on the approval. If the cure conditions are varied from those specified on the approval then the material is not covered by the scope of the approval.
'EP-I-103'. Factory applied, blue coloured fusion bonded epoxy coating. Apply and cure as per manufacturer's instructions issue 'EPOXY86315', dated 'Nov. 15th, 2020'. For use with water up to 65°C.
'Rilsan (MagnaCoat 5501 F)'. Factory applied, white coloured (opaque), polyamide powder coating. Apply as per manufacturer's instructions dated 02/01/2018. Cure for 10 minutes@230°C. For use with water up to 65°C. This material is only approved for the curing conditions that appear on the approval. If the cure conditions are varied from those specified on the approval then the material is not covered by the scope of the approval.
"Bond-It Tanking Slurry". Site applied, grey coloured, two part (powder & water) cementitious waterproof coating. Mix and apply as per manufacturer`s instructions 'Version 9' dated 06/08/20. Cure for 12 days at 7°C. For use with water up to 23°C. This material is only approved for the curing conditions that appear on the approval. If the cure conditions are varied from those specified on the approval then the material is not covered by the scope of the approval.
