'Raymond Microsilica Modified Cement Mortar Standard A'. Site applied, grey coloured cement mortar. Mix cement/sand in a 1:1.1 mass ratio. To this add micro silica at 7%, achieved by mixing cement mix/micro silica in a mass ratio of 1:0.07 and water at 1:0.32 (cement mix/water). Add the MasterPozzolith 55R at a ratio of 2.2ml per kilo of cement. Apply as per manufacturer’s TDS ‘TDS/RI/2024/MMCM “Standard A’, dated ‘ 21 Feb 2024’. Cure for 28 days at a temperature of between 10°C and 35°C. For use with water up to 60°C. This material is only approved for the mixing and curing conditions that appear on the approval. If the mixing and/or curing conditions are varied from those specified on the approval then the material is not covered by the scope of the approval.
'Flexseal 163 Green`. Green coloured, compressed synthetic fibre sheet material manufactured by calendaring. For use with water up to 23°C. This material incorporates a natural ingredient. Please note that water companies will evaluate the evidence provided and may ask for more information and they reserve the right to refuse installation. For use only as a jointing/gasket material having been tested at a reduced surface area to volume ratio.
'Crystic Gelcoat 65PA Gel Coat' for use with 'Crystic 125PA GRP resin'. GRP resin, manufactured by hand lamination, for use with white coloured, factory applied gel coat. Apply as per manufacturer's quick guide 'issue number 1', dated 04/06/2018. Cure for 24 hours@23°C and then 3 hours@80°C. For use with water up to 50°C. This material is only approved for the curing conditions that appear on the approval. If the cure conditions are varied from those specified on the approval then the material is not covered by the scope of the approval.
‘RAUAQUA T-Flex hoses’, available in blue, red & white. Extruded, multi-layered hoses comprising of a white coloured (opaque) TPE inner layer, natural (appears off-white) TPE second layer, natural (appears white) polyester yarn third layer and blue, red or white TPE outer layer. For use with water up to 65°C.
'Flomasta Silicone Grease (Product Number 684RM)'. White coloured silicone grease. Apply as per manufacturer’s instructions. For use with water up to 65°C.
'Somatex Lubricant Jelly'. White coloured, translucent lubricant jelly. Apply as per manufacturer's instructions. For use with water up to 65°C.
'Badadur PBT9 GF10/GK20 graphit 371'. Dark grey coloured, injection moulded PBT material. For use with water up to 65°C.
'Cosmoplast HDPE Pressure Pipe'. Black coloured, extruded PE100 pipe. For use with water up to 65°C.
'INVA by Rarean'. Black coloured (with blue external stripe), extruded PE pipe. For use with water up to 65°C.
'Novatherm PEX Pipe'. White coloured (opaque), extruded PEX pipe. For use with water up to 65°C.
