Fitted with a Caleffi 309463 GLD temperature and pressure relief valve sat at 6 bar & 90°C, and supplied with an inlet control group consisting of in-line pressure reducing valve (Caleffi set at 3 bar) and pressure relief valve (Caleffi CWIC200055) set at 4.5 bar, and incorporates a stainless-steel mesh and an approved check valve cartridge (verified by test suitable for backflow protection against Fluid Category 2), expansion vessel and filling loop. Maximum working pressure 4.4 bar. Maximum operating temperature 99°C.

Range of wall mounted thermostatic blending valves (chrome plated brass), incorporating a quarter turn ceramic disc or ceramic cartridge headworks (see models). The temperature is controlled independently via a thermostatic cartridge incorporating a manual override button, with a variety of operating members. The inlets incorporate approved check valve cartridges; however, the complete product has not been fully tested to demonstrate it provides backflow protection with stainless-steel strainers. Maximum working pressure 5.0 Bar.

Range of wall mounted thermostatic shower valves, (chrome plated brass bodies). Models (EG1290 & EG1209002) incorporate a non-rising spindle headwork controlling the flow with a single lever operating member. Models (EG15092 & EG1509201) incorporate quarter turn ceramic disc headworks controlling the flow with single lever operating members. The temperature on all models is controlled by a thermostatic cartridge using a cross-top type operating member. The shower outlet connection incorporates an approved check valve cartridge; however, the complete product has not been fully tested to demonstrate it provides backflow protection.
