'Polyglass VEF'. Factory applied, cream coloured, vinyl ester coating. Apply as per manufacturer's instructions '2/23 A' last reviewed July 2020. Cure for 7 days@21°C. For use with water up to 23°C. 'Excellube G300'. Factory applied, grey coloured PTFE coating. Apply as per manufacturer's instructions 'revision No:1' dated 15/10/2020. Cure for 20 minutes@240°C. For use with water up to 85°C. 'MS1545A Enamel Coating'. Factory applied, blue coloured enamel coating. Apply as per document reference 'WRAS-sample-0001' dated 29.10.2020. Cure for 19 minutes (14 minutes in burner zone) @860°C. For use with water up to 85°C. This material is only approved for the curing conditions that appear on the approval. If the cure conditions are varied from those specified on the approval then the material is not covered by the scope of the approval.
'PAKMEL EP#3500 Series'. Factory applied, grey coloured epoxy coating. Apply as per manufacturer's instructions dated 2020.11.27. Cure for 3 minutes@230°C. For use with water up to 23°C. 'TML Dalmia Sulphate Resisting cement'. Factory applied, grey coloured sulphate resisting cement. Mix cement, sand and water in a mass ratio of 1:1.50:0.50. Cure for 4 hours@28°C. Then 4 hours@45°C. Then 6 hours@40°C (humidity greater than 85%). Then 666 hours@35°C. For use with water up to 60°C. This material is only approved for the mixing and curing conditions that appear on the approval. 'GRP-FPI-KSA Fiberstrong'. Pale green coloured (opaque) GRP pipe manufactured by filament winding. Between September 2020 and April 2024 the pipe was for use with water up to 50°C. From May 2024, the pipe is for use with water up to 60°C.
'SH Special Seal grease'. Opaque, white coloured silicone grease. Apply as per manufacturer's instructions. No cure required. For use with water up to 65°C.
