CAIO ranges of Indirect stainless steel insulated hot water storage cylinders with external expansion and copper pipework and fittings. The DHW circuit consists of a temperature and pressure relief valve set at 7.0 bar and 90°C, an inlet control group consisting of a pressure reducing valve adjustable between 2.7 and 3.3 bar, an expansion relief valve (SRV) set at 6.0 bar, a strainer and a check valve cartridge, verified by test (suitable for backflow protection against Fluid Category 2) also supplied with a tundish. Maximum supply pressure to the inlet control group 10.0 bar. Maximum working pressures - Primary circuit 6.0 bar, Secondary circuit 5.5 bar. Maximum operating temperature 65˚C.
Range of wall mounted self-closing thermostatic shower valves with brass bodies, with a chrome plated dome type operating member. Models are also supplied with a chrome plated shower head with a plastic aerator. Both inlets incorporate stainless steel strainers and an approved check valve cartridge, however, the complete product has not been fully tested to demonstrate it provides backflow protection. Maximum working pressure 5.0 Bar Maximum operating temperature 60.0°C
Range of wall mounted thermostatic blending valves with brass bodies (various finishes). Incorporating either 2-way ceramic disc diverters (2 on, 1 off) that also controls the flow (model DB3100.a.bbb) or with a ceramic disc headwork that controls the flow only to a single outlet (model DB3200.a.bbb.). Both incorporate lever type operating members. The temperature is controlled independently via a thermostatic cartridge with lever type operating members. Inlets incorporate approved check valve cartridges, however the complete product has not been fully tested to demonstrate it provides backflow protection Maximum working pressure 5.0 bar. Maximum operating temperature 60°C.
Range of wafer and fully lugged butterfly valves with a black or blue epoxy coated ductile iron body and either lever type or handwheel operating members. Maximum working pressure: 4925, 4925B, 4925G, 4923 & 4923G = 25.0 bar, 970W, 970WB, 970WG, 973W & 973WG = 16.0 bar. Maximum operating temperature 85°C.
Range of wafer and fully lugged butterfly valves with a black or blue epoxy coated ductile iron body and either lever type or handwheel operating members. Maximum working pressure: FM638, FM638B, FM639, DM638 & DM639 = 25.0 bar, F624, F624B, F625, DM925LW & DM925G = 16.0 bar. Maximum operating temperature 85°C.
Range of spring loaded, resilient trim, non-return valves with, stainless steel bodies and plunger with EPDM seals. Maximum working pressure 16.0 bar. Cold water use only.
Range of pre-set pressure relief valves with brass or DZR brass bodies and EPDM diaphragms. The valves are fitted with hand operated easing gear. Pre-set pressure 3.0 bar for all models. Maximum operating temperature 85°C.
Range of normally closed (monostable) and pulse controlled/latching (bistable) solenoid valves with plastic bodies and integral stainless steel strainers. 50.005.101 model can also be supplied with an integral plastic strainer. To be installed in specifically dimensioned bodies. The 50.005.101 model can be supplied with or without a brass adaptor. Maximum working pressure 10.0 bar. Maximum operating temperature 70°C. 50.009.101 Bistable is for cold water use only.
Range lever operated spherical valves with nickel plated brass bodies and chromium plated brass balls. The 1792 model compression connections are for use with copper pipe (manufactured to EN 1057). Maximum working pressure 25.0 bar. Maximum operating temperature 85°C.
Range of angled spherical valves incorporating a chrome plated brass body and ball with butterfly operating members. Maximum working pressure 5.0 bar. Maximum operating temperature 85°C.
