‘Zip Aquapoint IV’ range of wall mounted directly heated unvented storage vessels (cased and insulated) incorporating an enamel lined cylinder and safety kit. The cylinder is factory fitted with a temperature and pressure relief valve (7.0 bar/90°C) and a drain valve. The product is supplied with an installation kit comprising of an expansion vessel, tundish and an inlet manifold incorporating a 6.0 bar expansion relief valve, an adjustable pressure reducing valve with stainless-steel strainer (adjustable between 2.7 and 3.3 bar, but pre-set at 3.0 bar), and a check valve cartridge, verified by test (suitable for backflow protection against Fluid Category 2). The compression connections of the installation kit are for use with copper pipe (Manufactured to EN 1057). Maximum working pressure 5.5 bar. Maximum operating temperature 70°C. Cold supply only.
