'EPONICS WP-NS (No. 20170209)'. Factory applied, dark grey coloured, two-component, solvent free epoxy resin coating consisting of a base and hardener. Mix base and hardener in a weight ratio of 7:3 and apply as per Product Data Sheet ‘1838-K’ dated February 2017. Cure for 168 hours@30°C, then 168 hours@60°C and 'rest' for 168 hours before use. For use with water up to 60°C. This material is only approved for the mixing and curing conditions that appear on the approval. 'Jotaguard VA 5001'. Factory applied, blue coloured epoxy coating. Apply as per manufacturers technical data sheet dated 9th November 2015. Cure for 2 minutes, 30 seconds@232°C. '90000 KANEPOX SF-A'. Factory applied, two-part, cream or red coloured epoxy coatings consisting of component A and component B. Mix and apply as per data sheet ‘Rev. No. 01’ dated January 2024. Cure for 7 days@23°C. The cream coating is for use with water up to 50°C. Between February 2024 and August 2024, the red coating is for use with water up to 23°C. From September 2024 the red coating is for use with water up to 50°C. These materials are only approved for the curing conditions that appear on the approval.
