Range of wall mounted concealed thermostatic mixing valves with brass bodies. Flow is controlled by either a 2-way combined shut off/diverter cartridge or a ceramic disc headwork with various operating member (see models). The temperature is controlled independently via a thermostatic cartridge with a various operating member that also incorporates a manual override button. The inlets incorporate a single check valve cartridge, however, the complete product has not been fully tested to demonstrate it provides backflow protection. Maximum working pressure 5.0 bar. 'Rapal Light C795' disc. White coloured, compression moulded, ring shaped ceramic gliding disc. For use with water up to 85°C.
'AD-94 Sealing Ring'. White coloured, compression moulded ceramic sealing ring. For use with water up to 85°C.
'Epilux QD Exterior Coating'. Factory applied, blue coloured, two-component epoxy coating comprising of a base and accelerator. Mix base and accelerator in a 3:1 volume ratio and apply as per manufacturer's data sheet '679', dated 'Jun 2020'. Cure for 7 days@30°C. For use with water up to 23°C. This material is only approved for the mixing and curing conditions that appear on the approval. If the mixing and/or curing conditions are varied from those specified on the approval then the material is not covered by the scope of the approval.
'JPC Liquid Epoxy Paint'. Factory applied, red coloured, two-component epoxy paint. Mix components A & B in a 3:1 volume ratio and apply as per manufacturer's instructions ' JPC-FG-A/06-21/009 & JPC-FG-B/06-21/009' dated '02/06/2021'. Cure for 7 days@34°C. For use with water up to 23°C. This material is only approved for the mixing and curing conditions that appear on the approval. If the mixing and/or curing conditions are varied from those specified on the approval then the materials are not covered by the scope of the approval.
'KARUMEL EX4412 (RAL5005) & KARUMEL EX4412 (Blue)'. Factory applied, blue coloured epoxy powder coatings. Apply as per manufacturer's application guide for potable water reference number 'KCSA-21090101' dated September 2021. For use with water up to 85°C. This material is only approved for the curing conditions that appear on the approval. If the cure conditions are varied from those specified on the approval then the material is not covered by the scope of the approval.
