'KOCETAL GF305'. Off-white coloured, injection moulded POM material. For use with water up to 65°C.
'Kepital F10-01 T2, F10-02, F10-03H, F20-03M, F25-03 & F30-03M'. The following grades were added to the approval in April 2023: ‘Kepital F30-34, F10-01, F10-03HM, F20-03, F25-03M & F30-03’. Natural, unpigmented (white in appearance), injection moulded POM materials. All the grades listed can be coloured using the following masterbatch MB-S315F (black coloured masterbatch). All are for use with water up to 85°C.
'Pentaline 1000 Red & Pentaline 1000 Grey'. Factory applied, red and grey coloured, two component solventless epoxy coatings. Mix component A & B in a volume ratio of 3:1 and apply as per manufacturer's document number 'Chembur R&D/PI/05', issue date '03/04/2023'. Cure for 7 days@30°C. 'Pentaline 1000 Red' is for use with water up to 45°C. 'Pentaline 1000 Grey' is for use with water up to 23°C. This material is only approved for the mixing and curing conditions that appear on the approval. If the mix and/or cure conditions are varied from those specified on the approval then the material is not covered by the scope of the approval.
'3011 Red Epoxy Anticorrosive Coating'. Factory applied, red coloured epoxy coating. Apply as per manufacturer's instructions '004', revision date '2021.12.12' . Cure for 24 hours@23°C. For use with water up to 65°C. This material is only approved for the curing conditions that appear on the approval. If the curing conditions are varied from those specified on the approval then the material is not covered by the scope of the approval.
'NP-TANK 500 PW'. Factory applied, white coloured (once mixed), two-component, solvent-free epoxy coating. Mix Part A (white liquid) with Part B (dark amber liquid) in a 3:1 volume ratio. Apply as per manufacturer's TDS 'Rev. 06/22'. Cure for 7 days@30°C. For use with water up to 23°C. This material is only approved for the mixing and curing conditions that appear on the approval. If the mix and/or cure conditions are varied from those specified on the approval then the material is not covered by the scope of the approval.
'Pentaline DT-750'. Factory applied, grey coloured, two component epoxy coating consisting of a base and curing agent. Mix the base and curing agent in a 3:1 volume ratio and apply as per manufacturer’s TDS ‘April 2010’. Cure for 7 days@25°C. For use with water up to 45°C. In September 2025, ‘Pentaline DT-750 Blue' was added to the approval. Factory applied, blue coloured, two component epoxy coating consisting of a base and curing agent. Mix the base and curing agent in a 3:1 volume ratio and apply as per manufacturer’s TDS ‘April 2010’. Cure for 7 days@30°C. For use with water up to 23°C. 'YHGuard8680 Primer & YHChlor6200 Topcoat'. Factory applied, blue coloured (once applied), coating system comprising of an epoxy primer and polyethylene topcoat. 'YHGuard8680 Primer’ comprises of a binder and hardener to be mixed in a 30:2.5 weight ratio before being applied as per manufacturer’s data sheet ‘8680 20220601’. Cure for 12 hours@25°C. Apply ‘YHChlor6200 Topcoat' as per manufacturer’s data sheet ‘6200 20220601’. Cure for 5 hours hours@25°C. For use with water up to 23°C. This material is only approved for the mixing and curing conditions that appear on the approval. If the mix and/or cure conditions are varied from those specified on the approval then the material is not covered by the scope of the approval.
'RMD 7080/xx, RUD 2230/xx, RMD 7100/xx, RUD 2247/xx, RUD 2273/xx, RMD 7061/xx'. 'xx' denotes the customer and can be replaced with numbers between 01 & 99. Factory applied, blue coloured enamel coating. Apply as per manufacturer's instructions '0703231010' dated 14.03.23. Cure for 10 minutes@860°C. For use with water up to 85°C. These materials are only approved for the curing conditions that appear on the approval. 'Maxline 100 Potable Water Coating Blue & Grey'. Site applied, two-component polyurethane coatings which are available in blue or grey colours (once mixed). Mix Part A (blue or grey opaque liquid) with Part B (amber, translucent liquid) in a 100:30.5 weight ratio and apply as per manufacturer's technical data sheet 'TDSMLI100.rv5.04042023'. Cure for 14 days@7°C. For use with water up to 23°C. This material is only approved for the mixing and curing conditions that appear on the approval. If the mixing and/or curing conditions are varied from those specified on the approval then the materials are not covered by the scope of the approval.
'Lionpak® 2300’. Grey coloured, braided GFO gland packing. For use with water up to 85°C. For use only as a gland packing material having been tested at a reduced surface area to volume ratio.
'Atlac 430'. Yellow coloured, vinyl ester resin material manufactured by filament winding. For use with water up to 60°C.

'Denyl 66 3010 Natural F' & 'Denyl 66 3010 Black F'. Natural (appears off-white) and black coloured, injection moulded, Polyamide 66 materials. For use with water up to 65°C.
'ULTRADUR B4300 GK24 HR FC AQUA GREY 35413'. Grey coloured, injection moulded PBT material. For use with water up to 85°C.
'AY-N130X series'. Injection moulded PPE materials. For use with water up to 85°C. • AY-N130X-GY843 – grey coloured (contains 30% maximum glass fibre, 2% maximum white pigment, 0.01% maximum black pigment). • AY-N130X-YW05 – yellow coloured (contains 30% maximum glass fibre, 1.5% white pigment, 0.5% maximum yellow pigment). • AY-N130X-BK001 – black coloured (contains 30% maximum glass fibre, 0.5% maximum black pigment).
