'Interpon HYF PLUS HJ701I'. Factory applied, blue coloured epoxy coating. Apply as per manufacturer's product datasheet 'Ed.3 – October 2014' and stove/cure for 20 minutes@200°C. For use with water up to 85°C. This material is only approved for the curing conditions that appear on the approval. If the cure conditions are varied from those specified on the approval then the material is not covered by the scope of the approval.
'JSGL-OPC (N)'. Factory applied, grey coloured Ordinary Portland Cement. Mix and apply as per manufacturer's work instructions 'JSGL/WI/14', issue '02', revision '00', dated '29.09.2018'. Cure for 4 hours@45°C. For use with water up to 65°C. This material is only approved for the mixing and curing conditions that appear on the approval. If the mixing and/or curing conditions are varied from those specified on the approval then the material is not covered by the scope of the approval.
'Renderoc Plug 20'. Site applied, dark grey coloured, cementitious repair mortar. Mix with water in a 3:1 volume ratio and apply as per manufacturer's datasheet '14' dated 'June 2018'. Cure for 21 days@7°C. For use with water up to 23°C. This material is only approved for the mixing and curing conditions that appear on the approval. If the mixing and/or curing conditions are varied from those specified on the approval then the material is not covered by the scope of the approval.
'662016 & 662014'. White coloured (semi-translucent), extruded PTFE tape. For use with water up to 85°C.
'INST61427N & INST61425T Tapes'. White coloured (semi-translucent), extruded PTFE tape. For use with water up to 85°C.
'Buffalo PUR500'. Red coloured chemical anchor resin supplied in a pre-weighed dual cartridge. Apply as per manufacturer's instructions dated '14/08/2018'. Cure for 48 hours@7°C. For use with water up to 23°C. For use only as a resin anchor having been tested at a reduced surface area to volume ratio of 1,000mm² per 1 litre of water. This material is only approved for the curing conditions that appear on the approval. If the cure conditions are varied from those specified on the approval then the material is not covered by the scope of the approval.
'07148-70' components. Black coloured, compression moulded EPDM components with a shore hardness of 70. Sealing gaskets have an in-radius size of 1.0mm. Sealing membranes have an in-radius size of 0.92mm. Gasket membranes have an in-radius size of 0.85mm. Membrane seals have an in-radius size of 1.0mm. Sealing rings have an in-radius size of 1.0mm. For use with water up to 85°C.
‘07146-80’ components. Black coloured, compression moulded EPDM components with a shore hardness of 80. Sealing Gasket with an in-radius of 1.5mm. Membrane Seal with an in-radius of 1.0mm. Sealing Gasket with an in-radius of 1.0mm. Gasket Membrane with an in-radius of 1.0mm. Sealing Ring with an in-radius of 1.0mm. For use with water up to 85°C.
'ML 57314'. Black coloured, compression moulded EPDM material. Shore hardness 68A. Tested in-radius size 1.0mm. For use with water up to 23°C.
Range of wall mounted, single-hole, single outlet (fixed) electronically controlled combination tap assemblies (chrome plated brass or stainless-steel bodies) which are supplied with pre-mixed water. Flow is controlled via an infra-red activated solenoid valve and the spout outlets incorporate plastic aerators. Maximum working pressure 8.0 bar
