'AYYTCM-01'. Factory applied, grey coloured cement mortar. Mix cement:sand:water in a 1:3.0:0.4 weight ratio and apply as per MSDS '20170508A1'. Air cure for 4 hours@23°C and the steam cure for 6 hours@60°C. For use with water up to 65°C. This material is only approved for the mixing and curing conditions that appear on the approval. If the mixing and/or curing conditions are varied from those specified on the approval then the material is not covered by the scope of the approval.
Luberpox – 2K – DS-Lackfarbe IV80, Wilo Grün nach Muster/IW80 Hardener (green coloured) & Luberpox – 2K – DS-Lackfarbe IV80, RAL 9011 Graphitschwarz/IW80 Hardener (black coloured). These materials are only approved for the curing conditions that appear on the approval. 'RAX Cement Mortar'. Factory applied, grey coloured cement mortar. Mix cement:sand:water in a 1:1.5:0.6 weight ratio and apply as per manufacturer's work instructions 'WI-PRD-08', rev. '00', dated '01.02.2023'. Cure for 24 hours@28°C. For use with water up to 85°C. This material is only approved for the mixing and curing conditions that appear on the approval. If the mixing and/or curing conditions are varied from those specified on the approval then the material is not covered by the scope of the approval.
'Flexseals 163 Green'. Green coloured fibre sheet material manufactured by calendaring. For use with water up to 23°C. For use only as a jointing/material having been tested at a reduced surface area to volume ratio. This material incorporates a natural ingredient. Please note that water companies will evaluate the evidence provided and may ask for more information and they reserve the right to refuse installation.
‘Pilotpack 3480, 5035, 3435, 4040, 7099, 3408, 3410 & 5020’ range of gland packings. 3480 & 3435 are dark grey coloured, graphitised PTFE based. 5035 is yellow & black coloured, graphitised PTFE/aramid based. 4040 is grey coloured, graphite based. 7099 is white coloured, acrylic/PTFE based. 3408 is white coloured, lubricated PTFE based. 3410 is white coloured, lubricated PTFE based. 5020 is light yellow coloured, lubricated aramid based. All grades are for use with water up to 85°C. For use only as gland packing material having been tested at a reduced surface area to volume ratio.

'AGRULINE PE100RC Pipe'. Black coloured, extruded polyethylene pipe. For use with water up to 85°C.
'TP13270 Green'. Green coloured polyethylene material manufactured by rotomoulding. For use with water up to 70°C.
‘LURANYL® KR 2402 TW 35061, LURANYL® KR 2403 G4 TW 26343 & LURANYL® KR 2403 G6 TW 26343’. Black coloured, injection moulded polyphenyleneoxide/polystyrene materials. In May 2025, ‘LURANYL® KR 2403 G2 TW GY4090-24’ & ‘LURANYL® KR 2403 G6 TW GY4040-24’, dark grey coloured, injection moulded polyphenyleneoxide/polystyrene materials were added to the approval. All grades are for use with water up to 85°C.
