Apply 'PPA571 Black 700' by fluidised bed according to manufacturer's data sheet '08/2022' and dip in the bed for 5-8 seconds. Apply 'PPA571ES Black 700' by electrostatic spray according to manufacturer's data sheet '08/2022'. Cure for 190-200°C for 20 mins. For use with water up to 23°C. This material is only approved for the curing conditions that appear on the approval. 'Kinlin Epoxy Power Coating (Green colour, EPX‐111A)'. Factory applied, green coloured epoxy powder coating. Apply as per manufacturer's instructions 'XL-R-019-G1' dated '2018-9-21'. Cure for 10 minutes@180°C. For use with water up to 23°C. This material is only approved for the curing conditions that appear on the approval. If the cure conditions are varied from those specified on the approval then the material is not covered by the scope of the approval.
‘SIGMAPRIME 200 K Grey’ for use with ‘SIGMAGUARD CSF 585 (white)’ or ‘SIGMAGUARD CSF 585 (blue)’. Factory applied, white or blue coloured (once mixed and applied), two-part epoxy coating comprising of Coat 1 and Coat 2. ‘SIGMAPRIME 200 K Grey’ (Coat 1) comprises of a base and hardener to be mixed in a 80:20 volume ratio and applied as PDS ‘7416’, dated February 25, 2021. Cure for 24 hours@23°C. ‘SIGMAGUARD CSF 585 (white)’ or ‘SIGMAGUARD CSF 585 (blue)’ is to be applied as Coat 2 and each comprises of a base and hardener to be mixed in a 77.5:22.5 ratio and applied as PDS ‘7785’, dated August 19, 2022. Cure for 12 days@20°C. For use with water up to 23°C. This material is only approved for the mixing and curing conditions that appear on the approval. If the mixing and/or curing conditions are varied from those specified on the approval then the material is not covered by the scope of the approval.
‘NATZINC EP9015 SC PART A-BI.5431 Primer for use with HYDRALFUN AC BLEU PAM RAL5005-CZL8190 Coating’. Factory applied, dark blue coloured (once applied), powder coating for use with two-part epoxy primer. Mix parts A & B of primer in a 100:10 mass ratio and apply as per manufacturer’s TDS dated February 2024. Cure for 24 hrs at 20°C. Apply coating as per manufacturer’s TDS dated February 2024 and cure for 21 days at 20°C. For use with water up to 23°C. This material is only approved for the curing conditions that appear on the approval. If the cure conditions are varied from those specified on the approval then the material is not covered by the scope of the approval.
'KAJ1207'. Factory applied, blue coloured epoxy coating. Apply as per manufacturer's instructions 'file no. I01-KAJ1207' dated '2019.1.14'. Cure for 15 minutes@200°C. For use with water up to 85°C. 'OBE-5378'. Factory applied, blue coloured epoxy powder coating. Apply as per manufacturer's user instructions 'OBE-HG-001', edition 'A1', issue date '2023-OCT.-11st'. Cure for 10 minutes at 190°C. For use with water up to 85°C. This material is only approved for the curing conditions that appear on the approval. 'JM 9-2910'. Factory applied, blue coloured epoxy powder coating. Apply as per manufacturer's instructions 'edition no.1', issue date 2019-9-5. Cure for 15 minutes@180°C.
