Mix sand, cement and water in a ratio of 4:2:1 and apply as per manufacturer's instructions 'QC-WI-8.1.8, revision 2/0, issue date 30/10/2021'. Cure for 28 days@24°C. For use with water up to 65°C. This material is only approved for the mixing & curing conditions that appear on the approval. 'RF (Riyadh Foundry)'. Factory applied, grey coloured cement. Mix cement, sand and water in a 1:1.5:0.6 weight ratio and apply as per manufacturer's work instruction 'WI.PR.07', revision '01/01/', dated '16.02.2022'.. Cure for 3 hours@25°C. For use with water up to 85°C. This material is only approved for the mixing and curing conditions that appear on the approval. If the mix and/or cure conditions are varied from those specified on the approval then the material is not covered by the scope of the approval.
‘Promag’. Factory applied, black coloured PUR coating system comprising of a primer and topcoat. ‘Promag Primer’ is a two-part primer to be mixed in a 1:2 mass ratio before applying as per manufacturer’s core instructions ‘TLB: 10000043811’, ‘Version: M’. Cure/dry for 2 hours@23°C. ‘Promag Topcoat’ is a three-part topcoat to be mixed in a 92.59:5.19:2.22 mass ratio before applying as per manufacturer’s core instructions ‘TLB: 10000043811’, ‘Version: M’. Cure/dry for 20 seconds@20-26°C. For use with water up to 23°C. This material is only approved for the mixing and curing conditions that appear on the approval. 'CPT CML Variation No.2 cementitious mortar’ for use with ‘Conplast RP264 Admixture'. Site applied, grey coloured (once mixed) cementitious mortar and admixture. 'CPT CML Variation No.2 cementitious mortar’ comprises of cement, sand and Microsilica. Mix cement and sand dry in a 1:1.1 mass ratio. Add the microsilica in a 1:0.05 mass ratio with the cement content. Add water in a cement/water mass ratio of 1:0.32. Add the admixture in an admixture/ cement ratio of 8ml:1000g. Mix rigorously until an even consistency is achieved and apply as per manufacturer’s instructions reference ‘2328’, dated 13/01/2023. Cure for 28 days@ between 10°C and 35°C. For use with water up to 60°C. This material is only approved for the mixing and curing conditions that appear on the approval. If the mix and/or cure conditions are varied from those specified on the approval then the material is not covered by the scope of the approval.
'Weberdry epo PW'. Site applied, light grey coloured (once mixed), two-component epoxy coating. Mix Part A (light grey coloured) with Part B (translucent, yellow coloured) in a weight ratio of 100:20. Apply as per manufacturer's TDS 'Edition: 04.23-A'. Cure for 24 hours@25°C. Mix and apply a second coat in the same way and then cure for 14 days@25°C. For use with water up to 23°C. This material is only approved for the mixing and curing conditions that appear on the approval. If the mix and/or cure conditions are varied from those specified on the approval then the material is not covered by the scope of the approval.
'Aquastore'. Grey coloured, GRP panels manufactured by hydraulic press. For use with water up to 60°C.
'Aquasystem'. Grey coloured, GRP panels manufactured by hydraulic press. For use with water up to 60°C.
'Aquatank'. Grey coloured, GRP panels manufactured by hydraulic press. For use with water up to 60°C.
‘PureOne hose’ (formerly known as ‘Clearwater hose’). Multi-layered hose manufactured on a mandrill by hand, consisting of a colourless, transparent PE inner layer and a blue coloured EPDM outer layer. Please note that the hose has many layers but the approval describes only the inner and outer layers. For use with water up to 50°C.
'TUSIL® ACQUA HT & TUSIL® ACQUA'. Multi-layered hoses comprising of a white coloured, silicone rubber inner layer, white coloured silicone rubber/polyester middle layer and blue coloured outer layer. The hose is made by vulcanisation on rigid mandrel. For use with water up to 85°C.
‘Multitubo’ multi-layered pipe. Extruded, triple layered pipe consisting of a white coloured, translucent PE-RT inner layer, aluminium middle layer and white coloured, opaque PE-RT outer layer. For use with water up to 85°C.
‘Palaplast Hydropal W PE80 & PE100 pipes’. Extruded, PE80 & PE100 pipes, both available in either blue colour or black colour (with blue stripe). All pipes are for use with water up to 23°C.
'Titan A202'. Site applied, pale yellow coloured hydrophilic polyurethane foam. Apply as per manufacturer's Tech Sheet '03', dated '10.01.2023' and spray treated surface with water. Cure for 6 hours at an ambient temperature (19-21°C). For use with water up to 23°C. This material is only approved for the curing conditions that appear on the approval. If the cure conditions are varied from those specified on the approval then the material is not covered by the scope of the approval.
'Supercast PVC Waterstop Hydrofoil'. Blue coloured, extruded PVC waterstop. For use with water up to 23°C. These materials are for use in concrete reservoirs and similar structures, constructed in accordance with the design criteria of BS EN 1992 with respect to normal frequency of joints. The materials have been tested at a reduced surface area to volume ratio of 1000mm² per litre as specified in BS 6920: Part 1
'TamPur 150'. Site applied, Hydrophilic polyurethane foam which is an amber coloured liquid when unreacted and a pale yellow coloured, flexible foam material when cured. Mix TamPur 150 with water in a volumetric ratio of 1:1 and apply as per manufacturer’s TDS 'V1UK19 – 2019.4.25'. Cure for 24 hours at 7°C. For use with water up to 23°C. This material is only approved for the mixing & curing conditions that appear on the approval. If the mix and/or cure conditions are varied from those specified on the approval then the material is not covered by the scope of the approval. These materials are for use in concrete reservoirs and similar structures, constructed in accordance with the design criteria of BS EN 1992-3:2006 (Design of concrete structures – Liquid retraining and containing structures) with respect to normal frequency of joints. The material has been tested at a reduced surface area to volume ratio of 1000mm² per litre.
'Weld-On 725 Wet 'R' Dry Clear Solvent Cement'. Clear, colourless solvent cement. For use with water up to 23°C.
'Weld-On 724 C-PVC Grey Solvent Cement' Grey coloured solvent cement. Apply as per manufacturer's instructions and cure/dry for 24 hours@5°C. For use with water up to 23°C. This material is only approved for the curing conditions that appear on the approval. If the cure conditions are varied from those specified on the approval then the material is not covered by the scope of the approval.
'Weld-On 719 PVCu Clear Solvent Cement'. Clear, colourless solvent cement. Apply as per manufacturer's instructions and cure/dry for 24 hours@5°C(±2°C). For use with water up to 23°C. This material is only approved for the curing conditions that appear on the approval. If the cure conditions are varied from those specified on the approval then the material is not covered by the scope of the approval.
