'Electrocoat EP812 Blue'. Factory applied, blue coloured, two-part epoxy coating consisting of a base and hardener. Mix base and hardener in a volume ratio of 3:1 and apply as per manufacturer's data sheet 'ECL / TDS / EP 812 - BLUE, RAL 5017', issue date '12-Jan-13', version '03', revision date '25-Sept-14'. Cure for 1 hour@60°C followed by 7 days@28°C. For use with water up to 23°C. From March 2024 the material is for use with water up to 60°C. This material is only approved for the mixing and curing conditions that appear on the approval. 'EPW-6575S8T-20 Epoxy RAL 5005'. Factory applied, blue coloured epoxy powder coating. Apply as per manufacturer's TDS 'Rev:00/December 2022'. Cure for 10 minutes at 200°C. For use with water up to 23°C. This material is only approved for the curing conditions that appear on the approval. If the cure conditions are varied from those specified on the approval then the material is not covered by the scope of the approval.
‘Promag’. Factory applied, black coloured PUR coating system comprising of a primer and topcoat. ‘Promag Primer’ is a two-part primer to be mixed in a 1:2 mass ratio before applying as per manufacturer’s core instructions ‘TLB: 10000043811’, ‘Version: M’. Cure/dry for 2 hours@23°C. ‘Promag Topcoat’ is a three-part topcoat to be mixed in a 92.59:5.19:2.22 mass ratio before applying as per manufacturer’s core instructions ‘TLB: 10000043811’, ‘Version: M’. 'Hyperlast™ 500WP Polyol and Hyperlast™ 500WP prepolymer'. Site applied, grey coloured (once mixed), two-component polyol and prepolymer based coating. Mix Part A (grey liquid) with Part B (amber liquid) in a volume ratio of 1:1 and apply as per manufacturer's 'General Method Statement, DOW WATERPOTABLE 500, Edition 1 07/23'. Cure for 24 hours@7°C. 'Teadit NA 1002'. Green coloured fibre/NBR gasket material manufactured by calendaring. For use with water up to 65°C. For use only as a jointing/gasket material having been tested at a reduced surface area to volume ratio.
'A001 (natural) & A002 (black)'. Extruded, natural (colourless) or black coloured PVC hoses. For use with water up to 65°C.
'ForTii® WX11-FC NA99001 (Natural)'. Natural (appears cream coloured), injection moulded polyamide material. For use with water up to 85°C.
'PLUSTEK PB306G6BL151'. Blue coloured, injection moulded, polyamide material (30% glass fibre reinforced). For use with water up to 85°C.
'VYDYNE AG7K-BK1066'. Black coloured, (35% glass Fibre reinforced) polyamide 66 material. From 1st April 2023 until 29th May 2024, the material was for use with water up to 23°C. From 30th May 2024 until 30th April 2028, the material is for use with water up to 70°C.
'VYDYNE AG10K-BK1066'. Black coloured, (50% glass Fibre reinforced) polyamide 66 material. For use with water up to 23°C. From January 2024, the material is for use with water up to 60°C.
'ELCRIN WF006LiQ-1001'. Grey coloured, injection moulded, glass fibre reinforced PBT material. For use with water up to 85°C.
'AQUA Cable®'. Extruded, blue coloured cable with polyethylene sheath (water contact layer), available with between 1 and 5 metallic cores and a wall thickness of between 1.2mm & 5.9mm. For use with water up to 23°C.
‘Sikaplan® WT 4220-15 C & Sikaplan® WT 4220-18 H’. ‘Sikaplan® WT 4220-15’ is a light blue coloured, extruded multi-layer polyethylene sheet material comprising of glass fibre inlay between two polyethylene sheet layers. ‘Sikaplan® WT 4220-18 H’ is a light blue coloured, extruded polyethylene sheet material. For use with water up to 60°C.
'NEPROPLAST Multi-layered and Single layered pipes'. The single layered pipe is green coloured, extruded PP-R. The multi-layered pipes are extruded and have a green coloured PP-R inner layer and black coloured PE100 outer layer (with or without a red stripe). For use with water up to 70°C.
'ACOFLON 100 – INO220FF Washer'. White coloured, pressure moulded and then machined PTFE washer. For use with water up to 80°C.
'ESTANE® 58197 Nat 022'. In August 2023 'ESTANE® 58197 NAT 01' was added to the approval. Natural (transparent, colourless), injection moulded thermoplastic polyurethane materials. For use with water up to 85°C.
‘PVDF Solef 1008/0001’. White coloured, injection moulded PVDF material. For use with water up to 85°C.
‘Sikadur 31 DW Rapid for use with Combiflex TF Tape’. Site applied, grey coloured two-component epoxy resin for use with grey coloured TPE Tape. Mix parts A & B of ‘Sikadur 31 DW Rapid’ in a 3:1 weight ratio and apply as per product data sheet ‘March 2021, Version 01.03’. Immediately apply ‘Combiflex TF Tape’ as per product data sheet ‘May 2021, Version 01.01’ and cure for 7 days@7°C. For use with water up to 23°C. This material is only approved for the mixing and curing conditions that appear on the approval.
