‘Acothane DW Cream, Acothane DW Blue & Acothane DW Grey’ site applied, two-part polyurethane coatings to be used with or without ‘Acothane LV’ polyurethane sealer. ‘Acothane LV’ (base coat) and ‘Acothane DW Cream’ (base or middle coat) are approved for use as non-water contact coats. ‘Acothane DW Blue & Acothane DW Grey’ are approved as water-contact coats and may be used alone or as the water contact coat in any of the following combinations: Acothane DW LV Sealer/ Acothane DW Cream/ Acothane DW Blue. Acothane DW LV Sealer/ Acothane DW Cream/ Acothane DW Grey. Acothane DW Cream/ Acothane DW Blue. Acothane DW Cream/ Acothane DW Grey. Mix Part A & Part B of Acothane LV in a weight ratio of 100:48, apply as per TDS dated March 2022 and then cure for 4 hours@3°C before applying cream coating. Mix Part A & Part B of Acothane DW Cream in a weight ratio of 100:31, apply as per TDS ‘06ADW’, issue ‘2’, dated December 2022 and then cure for 4 hours@3°C before applying blue or grey water contact coat. Mix Part A & Part B of Acothane DW Blue/Grey in a weight ratio of 100:31, apply as per TDS ‘06ADW’, issue ‘2’, dated December 2022 and then cure for 7 days@3°C. For use with water up to 23°C. These materials are only approved for the mixing and curing conditions that appear on the approval. ‘Nitocote EP405 (3821)’. Site applied, blue coloured, two component solvent free epoxy resin coating consisting of two bases (coat 1 base; Nitocote EP405 white & coat 2 base; Nitocote EP405 blue) & clear EP405 hardener. Mix parts A & B of each coat in a 100:13 weight ratio and apply in accordance with Fosroc data sheet issue 7 (CI/SfB: Pn6) dated November 2013. Cure coat 1 for 18 hours@7°C. Cure coat 2 for 21 days@7°C. For use with water up to 23°C. This material is only approved for the mixing and curing conditions that appear on the approval. If the mixing and/or curing conditions are varied from those specified on the approval then the material is not covered by the scope of the approval.
‘MoyaProof WS2’. Site applied, grey coloured (once mixed), two-component, polymer modified Portland cement based cementitious waterproofing membrane. Mix Part A (white, opaque liquid) with Part B (grey, opaque powder) in a 1:4 mass ratio and apply two coats as per manufacturer’s Technical Datasheet ‘CC/MP05/Ver09/01/21’. Cure Coat 1 for 2 hours at 5˚C. Cure Coat 2 for 28 days at 5˚C. For use with water up to 23°C. This material is only approved for the mixing and curing conditions that appear on the approval. If the mixing and/or curing conditions are varied from those specified on the approval then the material is not covered by the scope of the approval.
'Renderoc Plug 20'. Site applied, dark grey coloured, cementitious repair mortar. Mix with water in a 3:1 volume ratio and apply as per manufacturer's datasheet '14' dated 'June 2018'. Cure for 21 days@7°C. For use with water up to 23°C. This material is only approved for the mixing and curing conditions that appear on the approval. 'LZFRP-GP-01'. Green coloured GRP material manufactured by filament winding. For use with water up to 85°C.
