'Resicoat RS Redbrown & Blue'. ‘Resicoat RS 506530’ (blue coloured) was added to the approval in December 2024. Factory applied, two component, redbrown or blue coloured epoxy coatings. Mix in a ratio of 2:1 and apply as per product sheet 'revision no. 4' dated 'May 11, 2023'. Harden for 24 hours@23°C. For use with water up to 60°C. These materials are only approved for the curing conditions that appear on the approval. 'RAX Cement Mortar'. Factory applied, grey coloured cement mortar. Mix cement:sand:water in a 1:1.5:0.6 weight ratio and apply as per manufacturer's work instructions 'WI-PRD-08', rev. '00', dated '01.02.2023'. Cure for 24 hours@28°C. For use with water up to 85°C. This material is only approved for the mixing and curing conditions that appear on the approval. If the mixing and/or curing conditions are varied from those specified on the approval then the material is not covered by the scope of the approval.
'Valcoat Blue'. Factory applied, blue coloured epoxy coating. Pre-heat the substrate and apply as per manufacturer's TDS with issue '01.04.2023'. Post-cure for 5-7 minutes@180°C. For use with water up to 85°C. This material is only approved for the curing conditions that appear on the approval. If the cure conditions are varied from those specified then the material is not covered by the scope of the approval.
'TM-cement-01'. Factory applied, grey coloured cement. Mix sand/cement/water in a weight ratio of 1.7:1.0:0.74 and apply as per manufacturer's instructions 'TM20231122-A0', dated 2023-11-22. Cure for 6 hours@25°C (±2°C). Between November 2023 and November 2024, the material was for use with water up to 23°C. Between December 2024 and November 2028, the material is for use with water up to 65°C. This material is only approved for the mixing and curing conditions that appear on the approval. If the mixing and/or curing conditions are varied from those specified on the approval then the material is not covered by the scope of the approval.
'JDFF epoxy powder coating’. Factory applied, blue coloured fusion bonded epoxy coating. Apply as per manufacturer`s instructions (Procedure #: Pc-01-3, Work Instruction #: JDFF WI-Pc-01-3-1, Revision #: 2, Issue #: 5, date: 10-01-2023). Cure for 2½ minutes at 232°C. For use with water up to 85°C. This material is only approved for the curing conditions that appear on the approval. If the cure conditions are varied from those specified then the material is not covered by the scope of the approval.
'SUPIC-710PT GRP'. Beige coloured GRP material manufactured by hand lay. For use with water up to 23°C.
'POLIMID A SG NATURALE WR'. Natural (appears white in colour), injection moulded PA 66 material. In February 2025 'POLIMID A SG BLACK WR-PA66', black coloured, injection moulded PA 66 material was added to the approval. For use with water up to 85°C.
'Magnetic Rotor, 011201_02_02'. Black coloured, injection moulded nylon magnet rotor component. For use with water up to 85°C.
'POLYWORK® H2G50DW NC' (appears off-white) & 'POLYWORK® H2G50DW BK' (black coloured). Injection moulded glass fibre reinforced PA66+PA6I/6T materials. For use with water up to 85°C.
'DFC White HDPE Float 025RBX006HP'. White coloured, extruded and machined HDPE float component. For use with water up to 65°C.
'BWRB1620200'. In July 2024 the following pipes were added to the approval: ‘BWRB1620100, BWRB2020200, BTRB2525100 & BTRB3230100. Triple layered, extruded pipes consisting of an off-white coloured PERT inner layer, aluminium middle layer and white coloured PERT outer layer. For use with water up to 85°C.
'Borstar® RA150E'. Natural (appears off-white) polypropylene material for injection moulding and extrusion purposes. For use with water up to 85°C.

`SW EPDM`. Black coloured, extruded, EPDM hose. Shore hardness 85. Tested in-radii sizes between 0.75mm & 1.70mm. For use with water up to 85°C.
'E24 EPDM moulded parts.' Black coloured, injection moulded EPDM seals. Shore hardness 75. Type 1 moulded seals have a tested in-radius size of 4.2mm and Type 2 moulded seals have a tested in-radius size of 0.7mm. For use with water up to 85°C.
'01/U70EP 'O' ring' with a tested in-radius size between 0.5mm & 3.5mm. In June 2024, the follow components were added to the approval: ‘01/U70EP Cylindrical Gasket’ with a tested in-radius size between 0.9mm & 1.25mm. ‘01/U70EP Membrane’ with a tested in-radius size between 2.1mm & 5.5mm. 'AquaFlex T 5857'. Black coloured, compression moulded EPDM material. Shore hardness 60. Tested in-radius size 1.0mm. For use with water up to 70°C.
‘ME0996’ components. Black coloured, injection moulded NBR rubber components. ‘O’-rings with an in-radius size of between 0.5mm & 5.0mm. Shore hardness between 40 & 90. Between November 2023 and April 2024, the approval included gaskets with an in-radius size of 5.0mm. Shore hardness 40. From May 2024 the gasket range was extended to include gaskets with an in-radius size of between 0.5mm & 5.0mm. Shore hardness between 40 & 90. For use with water up to 23°C.
'NB7041F'. Black coloured, compression moulded NBR material. Shore hardness 70. Tested in-radius size 1.0mm. For use with water up to 65°C.
'Griffon UNI-100 XT'. Amber coloured solvent cement intended to join PVC pipe and fittings. Apply as per manufacturer's instructions '6300427', issue '1'. Cure for 24 hours@7°C. For use with water up to 35°C. This material is only approved for the curing conditions that appear on the approval. If the cure conditions are varied from those specified on the approval then the material is not covered by the scope of the approval.
‘Paryls® PPSU F1550NC (natural grade – appears brown), F1550GY (grey coloured), F1550BK (black coloured) & F1550WH (white coloured)’. Injection moulded PPSU materials. For use with water up to 85°C.
