Range of nickel plated brass servicing valves, and nickel plated brass or brass (SD1001 models only) spherical valves. All products incorporate a chrome plated brass ball. SD6017, SD6003 and SD3008 valves are screw driver operated. SD6012, SD4001 and SD1001 valves are lever operated. SD4003 valves have butterfly operating members. The compression and pressfit connections are for use with copper pipes (manufactured to EN1057). Pressfit connection jointing is achieved via a crimping tool using a ‘M’ profile. Maximum working pressures: SD3008 valves: 10.0 bar, SD6017, SD6012 and SD1001 valves: 16.0 bar, SD4003, SD6003 and SD4001 valves: 25.0 bar. Maximum operating temperature 85°C.

'Abcite® 1060 DW Blue & Abcite® X60 DW Blue'. Factory applied, blue coloured thermoplastic powder coatings applied by dipping in a fluidised bed. Pre-heat substrate the coating is to be applied to for 12 minutes@280°C and apply as per manufacturer’s Application Guide ‘Version 04.05.2015’ (Abcite® 1060 DW Blue) or Technical Data Sheet ‘11/2023’ (Abcite® X60 DW Blue). Post-heat for 5 minutes@160°C. For use with water up to 23°C. These materials are only approved for the pre-heat and post-heat conditions that appear on the approval. If the pre-heat and/or post-heat conditions are varied from those specified on the approval then the materials are not covered by the scope of the approval.
'YHR-GFS Enamel'. Factory applied, dark blue coloured Enamel coating. Mix enamel powder with water in a ratio of 7:3 and apply two coats as per manufacturer's TDS 'YHRGFS2504', version 'V0', dated '2025/3/27'. Cure for 20 minutes@120°C and fire for 10 minutes@850°C. For use with water up to 85°C. This material is only approved for the mixing, curing & firing conditions that appear on the approval. If the mix and/or cure and/or fire conditions are varied from those specified on the approval then the material is not covered by the scope of the approval.
'Fusion Bonded Epoxy (IMP-FBE) Cobalt Blue RAL 5013'. Factory applied, dark blue coloured epoxy coating. Pre-heat the substrate to 200°C and spray apply one coat at 120°C as per manufacturer's TDS 'YHRFBE2504', version 'V0'. dated '2025/3/27'. Cure for 10 minutes@180°C. For use with water up to 85°C. This material is only approved for the curing conditions that appear on the approval. If the cure conditions are varied from those specified on the approval then the material is not covered by the scope of the approval.
'BFSC MAS S&MDN 25'. Factory applied, grey coloured cement mortar. Mix cement, sand & water in a mass ratio of 1:2.35:0.45 and apply as per manufacturer's TDS 'SGMAS20111012-01', dated '2011.10.12'. Cure for 19 hours@70°C. For use with water up to 60°C. This material is only approved for the mixing & curing conditions that appear on the approval. If the mix and/or cure conditions are varied from those specified on the approval then the material is not covered by the scope of the approval.
'Ascent-02 Portland Cement Mortar'. Factory applied, grey coloured Portland cement mortar. Mix cement:sand:water in a 2:1:0.4 mass ratio and apply as per manufacturer's instructions issue reference 'Ascent02-2511', dated '2025.11.25'. Cure for 12 hours@55°C. For use with water up to 65°C. This material is only approved for the mixing and curing conditions that appear on the approval. If the mixing and/or curing conditions are varied from those specified on the approval then the materials are not covered by the scope of the approval.
'thoenes BA120'. Blue coloured, fibre/NBR material manufactured by calendaring. For use with water up to 85°C. For use only as a jointing/gasket material having been tested at a reduced surface area to volume ratio.
'ELTEX® SUPERSTRESS TUB121N9000'. Black coloured, compression moulded HDPE material. For use with water up to 23°C.
'ELTEX® SUPERSTRESS TUB124N6000'. Blue coloured, compression moulded HDPE material. For use with water up to 23°C.
'202973 Tradesave Thread Lock TSTTS050'. Blue coloured pipe sealant. Apply as per manufacturer's instructions version '1.0', issue date '01/12/2025'. Cure for 24 hours@23°C. For use with water up to 85°C. This material is only approved for the curing conditions that appear on the approval. 'Griffon WDF-05®'. Site applied, blue coloured solvent cement. Apply as per manufacturer's instructions '6306959 20251027'. Cure for 30 minutes@12°C. For use with water up to 23°C. This material is only approved for the curing conditions that appear on the approval. If the cure conditions are varied from those specified on the approval then the material is not covered by the scope of the approval.
'Effast Tite'. Site applied, blue coloured solvent cement. Apply as per manufacturer's instructions 'PLUMEFF', dated '2024/09/17'. Cure for 30 minutes@12°C. For use with water up to 23°C. This material is only approved for the curing conditions that appear on the approval. If the cure conditions are varied from those specified on the approval then the material is not covered by the scope of the approval.
'ABS011 ABS Pipe Cement'. Clear, transparent (un-pigmented) solvent cement, (intended to join PVC pipe and fittings). Apply as per manufacturer's instructions 'Rev00 26112025'. Cure for 20 days at 7°C. For use with water up to 65°C. This material is only approved for the curing conditions that appear on the approval. If the cure conditions are varied from those specified on the approval then the material is not covered by the scope of the approval.
Range of single hole, single outlet (fixed) electronically controlled tap assemblies (either stainless steel or brass bodies in a variety of finishes). Flow is controlled via two solenoid valves activated via an infra-red sensor, the inlets to the control box incorporate stainless steel strainers. The temperature is controlled independently via a ceramic cartridge with a dome type operating member. The spout outlet incorporates a plastic aerator. Maximum operating pressure 8 bar. Maximum operating temperature 60°C.
