Range of multi-layered flexible hoses (TPE inner liner/PVC middle/PVC outer with polyester braiding in-between) and stainless-steel braided EPDM flexible hoses. The hoses are supplied with a variety of end connections incorporating brass barbed hose inserts or white plastic barbed hose inserts. The hoses may also incorporate a servicing valve (see model). The push fit connectors are to be used with copper pipe (Manufactured to EN1057), PB pipe (Manufactured to BS EN21003) & PE-x pipe (manufactured to BS EN7291-3). Products shown with a “P” suffix (eg. In-line adjustable pressure reducing valve assembly with a DZR brass body. The assembly also incorporates a stainless strainer (part of the pressure reducing valve), a spherical valve with a brass ball on the inlet, a single check valve cartridge, verified by test (suitable for backflow protection against Fluid Category 2) on the outlet, and a drain port with a brass plug. The product also includes a port with a plastic plug to accommodate a gauge/sensor (not supplied). Adjustable outlet pressure range between 1.0 and 6.0 bar. Maximum supply pressure 10.0 bar. Maximum operating temperature 85°C.
