Cure for 28 days at 20°C - 22°C OR 24 hours@27°C. For use with water up to 50°C. This material is only approved for the curing conditions that appear on the approval. If the cure conditions are varied from those specified on the approval then the material is not covered by the scope of the approval.
‘Cicoprime®25 Primer and Cicoshield®PW100 Coating'. Factory applied, grey coloured (once mixed), two-component primer (non-water contact primer) and two-component coating (water contact coating). Mix and apply Cicoprime®25 Primer in a 1:1 ratio and apply as per Technical Data Sheet ‘version 1.1’, dated October 2023. Cure for 2 hours@25°C. Then mix Cicoshield®PW100 Coating in a 1:1 ratio and apply as per Technical Data Sheet ‘version 1.1’, dated August 2024. Cure for 1 minute@25°C. For use with water up to 85°C.
'SMS-FBE-Blue'. Factory applied, blue coloured fusion bonded epoxy coating. Apply as per manufacturer`s TDS 'Document Code 53', 'Publication No 5', dated 01.03.2024. Cure for 35 minutes@200°C. For use with water up to 85°C. This material is only approved for the curing conditions that appear on the approval. If the cure conditions are varied from those specified on the approval then the material is not covered by the scope of the approval.
‘BFSC Foug SDN’. Factory applied, grey coloured, blast furnace slag cement intended to line pipes. Mix sand and cement in a mass ratio of 1.5:1, then add water in a water/cement mass ratio of 0.36:1 and apply as manufacturer's instructions. Cure for 48 hours@23°C, 70% relative humidity. For use with water up to 23°C. This material is only approved for the mixing and curing conditions that appear on the approval. If the mixing and/or curing conditions are varied from those specified on the approval then the material is not covered by the scope of the approval.
'ARC SD4i(E)'. Factory applied, grey and blue coloured, two-part epoxy coatings. Mix parts A and B in a weight ratio of 2.5:1 and apply as per manufacturer's Application Instructions 'EN-085034EU', dated '01/2025'. Cure for 72 hours@20°C (±2°C). For use with water up to 55°C. This material is only approved for the mixing and curing conditions that appear on the approval. 'ARC 858(E)'. Factory applied, dark grey coloured, two-part epoxy coating. Mix parts A and B in a weight ratio of 4:1 and apply as per manufacturer's Application Instructions 'EN-085013EU', dated '08/2024'. Cure for 54 hours@20°C (±2°C). For use with water up to 55°C. This material is only approved for the mixing and curing conditions that appear on the approval. 'novapress®BASIC'. Orange coloured NBR/aramid fibre gasket material, manufactured by calendaring. For use with water up to 85°C. For use only as a gasket material having been tested at a reduced surface area to volume ratio.
