'Rivertex® APO850 Blue & NTP™ E850 0A’ and ‘Rivertex® APO850 Grey & & NTP™ E850 0A '. Polyester fabric (NTP™ E850 0A) completely coated with blue or grey coloured polyolefin (Rivertex®), manufactured by extrusion coating. For use with water up to 23°C.
'novapress® 850'. Light brown coloured, compressed fibre/NBR gasket material manufactured by calendaring. For use with water up to 85°C. For use only as a jointing/gasket material having been tested at a reduced surface area to volume ratio.
'Norsodyne H 13212 TAE Laminate' for use with 'Polycor White Gel Coat'. ‘NORSODYNE H 13212 BTAE Laminate' was added to the approval in July 2024. The glass fibre panel is manufactured by hand lay method and then factory applied, unsaturated resin gel coat is applied by brush (BR) or spray (PA). The brush gel coat is to be applied as per manufacturer's TDS ‘4100’ dated 10.10.17 and cured for 24 hours@25°C. The spray gel coat is to be applied as per manufacturer's TDS ‘4200’ dated 10.10.17 and cured for 24 hours@25°C. For use with water up to 23°C. These materials are only approved for the curing conditions that appear on the approval. If the cure conditions are varied from those specified on the approval then the materials are not covered by the scope of the approval.
'Ultramid® B3EG7 black 00564' (Black coloured) & 'Ultramid® B3EG7 uncolored' (appears beige). Injection moulded nylon materials. 'Ultramid® B3EG7 uncolored' is for use with water up to 65°C. 'Ultramid® B3EG7 black 00564' is for use with water up to 85°C.
`HYDROFAS'. Black coloured, extruded polyethylene (PE 80) pipe. For use with water up to 23°C.
'Retiflex PE-Xb'. Translucent, white coloured, extruded, single-layered PE-Xb tubing. ‘RETIFLEX PEXb black’ was added to the approval in October 2024. Black coloured, extruded, single-layered PE-Xb tubing. Both tubes are for use with water up to 85°C.
'+GF+ Aquasystem PPR Pipe'. Extruded PPR pipes which are either green coloured (with blue stripes) or grey coloured (with red stripe). For use with water up to 70°C.
'+GF+ Aquasystem PPR Fittings'. Injection moulded PPR fittings which are either green coloured or grey coloured. For use with water up to 70°C.
'iJoint'. Black coloured, injection moulded polypropylene fitting. For use with water up to 60°C.
'Eurocarboran TIPO A Naturale (132.166.120)'. Natural (appears off-white), injection moulded PP material. For use with water up to 85°C.
'Aidmer78-031'. White coloured (opaque), extruded PTFE pipe. For use with water up to 85°C.
'KLINGER® top-chem 2000'. Grey coloured, SiC filled PTFE material manufactured by calendaring. For use with water up to 85°C.
'AQUAPEA® In-line Repair'. Site applied, dark grey coloured (once mixed), two-part epoxy putty (light grey and dark grey coloured) and polypropylene core (white, translucent). Mix & cure as per the document: “Aquapea method statement issue 1 dated 23-04-21” . For use with water up to 23°C.
'4273 'O' rings and washers'. Black coloured, injection moulded EPDM 'O' rings and washers. Shore hardness 70. The 'O' rings have an in-radius size of 1.31mm. The washers have an in-radius size of 2.00mm. For use with water up to 85°C.
'EP10/00/2 BLK EPDM 'O' rings'. Black coloured, injection moulded EPDM 'O' rings. Shore hardness 65. Tested in-radius size 1.5mm. For use with water up to 85°C.
'Coru177'. Black coloured, compression moulded EPDM rubber. Shore hardness 70. Tested in-radius size 1.5mm. For use with water up to 23°C.
'SM177'. Black coloured, compression moulded EPDM rubber. Shore hardness 70. Tested in-radius size 1.5mm. For use with water up to 23°C.
'Hongli IRHD50'. Black coloured, press moulded EPDM material. Shore hardness 50. Tested in-radius size 1.12mm. For use with water up to 50°C.
'A-KT 70-00'. Black coloured, extruded and rotocured EPDM rubber material. Shore hardness 70. Tested in-radius size 1.00mm. For use with water up to 23°C.
