The products are supplied with three ¾” x ¾” BSP (F) double check valve assemblies (suitable for backflow protection against Fluid Category 3) for installation on each inlet prior to a HDPE inlet hose with ¾” x ¾” captive nut end connections. 'ABS757BK' (black coloured) & 'ABS757GY' (grey coloured). Injection moulded ABS materials. For use with water up to 65°C.
'BPL HB QD Bitumen Black 60'. Factory applied, black coloured bituminous coating. Apply and cure as per manufacturer's data sheet number '671' dated 'Apr-20'. For use with water up to 60°C.
'42.5 (HSR)'. Factory applied, grey coloured sulphate resistant cement. Mix cement:sand:water in a 1.5:1:0.4 mass ratio. Cure for 8 hours@23°C. For use with water up to 65°C. This material is only approved for the mixing and curing conditions that appear on the approval. If the mixing and/or curing conditions are varied from those specified on the approval then the material is not covered by the scope of the approval.
'SW-02'. Factory applied, grey coloured cement mortar. Mix sand, water & cement in a 1.5:1.0:1.0 weight ratio. Cure for 24 hours@25°C. For use with water up to 65°C. This material is only approved for the mixing and curing conditions that appear on the approval. If the mix and/or cure conditions are varied from those specified on the approval then the material is not covered by the scope of the approval.
'Aquafitting Blue'. Factory applied, blue coloured epoxy coating. Apply and cure as per manufacturer's instructions file number 'DLCHB-CO-001', edition 'A1', issue date '2021-April-11st'. For use with water up to 65°C.
'EPOKIM Painting System'. Factory applied, dark green coloured (once top coat applied), two-component epoxy coating comprising of a primer and top coat. The primer (EPOX code A0768.N05133 + cat.A0918.N00100) consists of a catalyst and hardener which should be mixed in a 100:43 volume ratio before applying two coats in accordance with instructions ‘W1_2021_00’ dated ‘25/10/2021’. Cure (flash-off) for 40 minutes@40°C. The top coat (EPOKIM HS code A0435.N02038 + cat.A0904.N00000) consists of a catalyst and hardener which should be mixed in a 100:16 volume ratio before applying one coat in accordance with instructions ‘W1_2021_00’ dated ‘25/10/2021’. Cure (flash-off) for 10 minutes@20°C. The complete system should then be ‘stoved’ for 60 minutes@70°C. For use with water up to 23°C.
'ENDOPRENE®84-30 THIXO'. Factory applied, cream coloured two-part polyurethane coating consisting of a resin and hardener. Mix and apply as per manufacturer`s technical data sheet (version dated 16/12/2019). Cure for 48 hours at 20°C. For use with water up to 55°C. This material is only approved for the curing conditions that appear on the approval. If the cure conditions are varied from those specified on the approval then the material is not covered by the scope of the approval.
