'Hempadur 35560 Light grey (10500), Light red (50900) & Cream (20320)'. Factory applied, grey, light red coloured & Cream, two-component epoxy coatings. Each colour can be used as a base or topcoat and as a two-coat system. Mix base and curing agent in a 6.8:2 volume ratio. Apply Light Grey and Light Red as per manufacturer's Application Instructions issued 'November 2019'. Apply Cream as per manufacturer's Product Data Sheet dated 'December 2023'. Cure Coat 1 for 16 hours@20°C. Cure Coat 2 for 7 days@20°C. Between December 2022 and November 2024, the Light Grey and Light Red were for use with water up to 40°C. Between December 2024 and December 2027, Light Grey and Light Red are for use with water up to 60°C. The Cream coating was added to the approval in May 2025 and is for use with water up to 60°C. These materials are only approved for the mixing and curing conditions that appear on the approval. If the mixing and/or curing conditions are varied from those specified on the approval then the materials are not covered by the scope of the approval.
'Tiefill'. Site applied, grey coloured cementitious repair mortar. Mix Tiefill with water in a weight ratio of 9.4:1 and apply in accordance with manufacturer’s instructions for use 'bulletin no. TFILL/031/003, issued 'July 2020'. Cure for 21 days@7°C. For use with water up to 23°C. This material is only approved for the curing conditions that appear on the approval. If the cure conditions are varied from those specified on the approval then the material is not covered by the scope of the approval.
'Kingbull PE100 Blue Fitting (391740)'. Blue coloured, injection moulded polyethylene fitting. 'Kingbull PE100 Black Fitting (0103208)'. Black coloured, injection moulded polyethylene fitting. Both for use with water up to 65°C.
'Thermocomp MB006SXP-BK1A994' (black coloured). Injection moulded polypropylene material. For use with water up to 85°C.
'BOSS 79024607'. White coloured, extruded PTFE tape. For use with water up to 85°C.
'M-111 & M-139'. White coloured, compression moulded PTFE materials. For use with water up to 85°C.
'Filtren TM 25190, TM 25133, TM 25280 & TM 25450'. Blue coloured polyurethane foam manufactured by foaming and reticulation. For use with water up to 23°C.
'70 EPDM 291'. Black coloured, injection moulded EPDM rubber 'O' rings. Shore hardness 70. Tested in-radii sizes between 0.51mm & 2.50mm. For use with water up to 85°C.
'EW Gasket Material'. Black coloured EPDM gasket material which is injection moulded and then spliced. Shore hardness 65A. Initial tested in-radius size 3.9mm. In March 2023, the tested in-radius size was increased to 4.4mm. For use with water up to 23°C.
'E65-04BL-G / Black'. Black coloured, compression moulded EPDM material. Shore hardness 70. Tested in-radius size 0.95mm. For use with water up to 23°C.
‘EP70A9OF’. Black coloured, compression moulded EPDM rubber material. Shore hardness 70. Tested in-radius size 1.06mm For use with water up to 23°C.
'AA6KWZ, AA7KWZ, AA8KWZ and AA9KWZ'. Black coloured, compression moulded EPDM materials with a shore hardness of between 60 & 88. Tested in-radius size 1.0mm. AA6KWZ is for use with water up to 65°C. AA7KWZ, AA8KWZ and AA9KWZ are for use with water up to 23°C.
'Berner Green Paste'. Green coloured, polymer sealing paste. Apply as per manufacturer's Technical Data Sheet '46845(P)', dated 'December 2019'. For use with water up to 85°C.
'CURA Liquid (Part No. 19261)'. Blue coloured, liquid PTFE anaerobic sealant. For use with water up to 85°C. This product is to be applied and cured in strict accordance with the manufacturer's instructions.
'RTP 0599 X 145641 BLACK'. Dark grey coloured, injection moulded, SAN material. For use with water up to 50°C.
Range of single hole, single outlet (fixed) electronically controlled tap assemblies (chrome plated brass bodies). Flow is controlled by a solenoid valve activated by via an infra-red sensor. The inlet to the solenoid incorporates a stainless-steel strainer and check valve cartridge(s), verified by test (suitable for backflow protection against Fluid Category 2). The product incorporates a stainless steel braided PEX lined flexible connection hose, connecting the spout to the solenoid. The spout outlet incorporates a plastic aerator.
