Factory applied, grey coloured blast furnace slag cements. ‘BFSC PAM MDN 1’. Mix water, sand, admixture & cement in a mass ratio of 0.33:2.35:0.0080:1 and apply as per manufacturer’s instructions ‘CE 7M’, dated ‘25/08/15’. Cure for 7 hours@70°C. For use with water up to 60°C. BFSC PAM GDN 1’. Mix water, sand, admixture & cement in a mass ratio of 0.33:2.84:0.0065:1 and apply as per manufacturer’s instructions ‘CE 8M/-3A’, dated ‘25/08/15’. Cure for 7 hours@70°C. For use with water up to 60°C. These materials are only approved for the mixing and curing conditions that appear on the approval. If the mixing and/or curing conditions are varied from those specified on the approval then the materials are not covered by the scope of the approval.
'GCF-SRC'. Factory applied, grey coloured cement mortar. Mix sand, cement and water in a ratio of 4:2:1 and apply as per manufacturer's instructions 'QC-WI-8.1.8, revision 2/0, issue date 30/10/2021'. Cure for 28 days@24°C. For use with water up to 65°C. This material is only approved for the mixing & curing conditions that appear on the approval. If the mix and/or cure conditions are varied from those specified on the approval then the material is not covered by the scope of the approval.
'Titanseal 989'. Site applied, two-component, grey coloured (once mixed) polyurethane coating. Mix the grey coloured (opaque) base coating with the amber coloured hardener in a 3:1 volume ratio and apply Coat 1 as per manufacturer's application instructions dated '09.03.2018'. Cure for 4 hours@7°C. Mix and apply Coat 2 using the same mix ratio and application instructions and then cure for 14 days@7°C. For use with water up to 23°C. This material is only approved for the mixing and curing conditions that appear on the approval. If the mixing and/or curing conditions are varied from those specified on the approval then the materials are not covered by the scope of the approval.
'Weberdry epo PW'. Site applied, light grey coloured (once mixed), two-component epoxy coating. Mix Part A (light grey coloured) with Part B (translucent, yellow coloured) in a weight ratio of 100:20. Apply as per manufacturer's TDS 'Edition: 04.23-A'. Cure for 24 hours@25°C. Mix and apply a second coat in the same way and then cure for 14 days@25°C. For use with water up to 23°C. This material is only approved for the mixing and curing conditions that appear on the approval. If the mix and/or cure conditions are varied from those specified on the approval then the material is not covered by the scope of the approval.
`EcoZmart Waterproofing`. Site applied, grey coloured tanking slurry. Mix tanking slurry with water in a 3:1 volume ratio and apply coat 1 as per manufacturer's IFU 'TCOWP001', dated '26/05/2023'. Cure for 24 hours@7°C. Mix tanking slurry with water in a 3:1 volume ratio and apply coat 2, 24 hours after the first coat, as per manufacturer's IFU IFU 'TCOWP001', dated '26/05/2023'. Cure for 14 days@7°C. For use with water up to 23°C. This material is only approved for the mixing & curing conditions that appear on the approval. 'SRC GRV Pipe'. Beige coloured (translucent), SRC GRV pipe manufactured by dual helical filament winding. For use with water up to 70°C.
