‘POD’ range of indirect and direct heat interface units providing space heating and instantaneous hot water. The heat transfer is generated via plate heat exchangers. The domestic hot water (DHW) circuit incorporates an adjustable temperature mixing valve. The indirect models incorporate an expansion vessel (on the CW inlet of the DHW circuit) and a pressure relief valve set at 3.0 bar (on the space heating circuit). The indirect models only are supplied with a temporary filling loop, which comprises of a stainless steel braided EPDM lined flexible hose assembly and a lever operated spherical valve for connection to the primary circuit. The angled cold water inlet incorporates an isolation valve and a branch to connect to the filling loop, which includes a double check valve assembly (verified by test, suitable for backflow protection against Fluid Category 3). Maximum working pressure for indirect units: Primary circuit: 16.0 bar. Space heating: 2.5 bar. Secondary circuit (DHW): 10.0 bar. Maximum working pressure for direct units: Primary circuit: 10.0 bar. Space heating: 10.0 bar. Secondary circuit (DHW): 10.0 bar. Maximum operating temperature for domestic hot water 65°C. Maximum operating temperature for central heating and primary circuit 85°C.
Range of electric instantaneous heated showers, incorporating a solenoid valve to control the flow. Products are supplied with a shower hose and handset. Maximum supply pressure 10 bar. Maximum operating temperature 45°C.

Combined bath filler and overflow waste assembly with a plastic body (various finishes - see model). The product incorporates a click type pop-up waste. Maximum operating temperature 85°C.

Range of wall mounted shower outlets (chromium plated brass bodies). The inlets incorporate check valve cartridges, however, the complete assemblies have not been tested to demonstrate they provide backflow protection. The inlets also include built-in flow regulators. Range of plastic, stainless steel or brass (see models) shower outlets comprising of a shower handset, shower rails and hose (Models: 58004-46XX and 58004-47XX), a shower handset only (Models: 53401-00XX, 56031-00XX, 53283-04XX, 56565-02XX, 56205-00XX, 56321-20XX and 56183-10XX) or an overhead shower head only (models: 51051-12XX, 54012-31XX, 54112-31XX and 54108-00XX). Models 56565-02XX and 54108-00XX incorporate stainless steel strainers. Maximum operating temperature 60.0°C, open outlet use.
