'Nu Vista'. Factory applied, grey coloured Portland Slag Cement. Mix water, sand and cement in a mass ratio of 1:2:3. Cure for 1.5 hours@30°C, then 4 hours at 45°C and then 28 days (672 hours)@35°C. For use with water up to 60°C. This material is only approved for the mixing and curing conditions that appear on the approval. If the mixing and/or curing conditions are varied from those specified on the approval then the material is not covered by the scope of the approval.
'TML Dalmia Infra Pro'. Factory applied, grey coloured Portland Slag Cement. Mix water, sand and cement in a mass ratio of 1:2:3. Mix resin and hardener in a 3:1 volume ratio. Cured for 7 days@30°C. For use with water up to 23°C. This material is only approved for the mixing and curing conditions that appear on the approval. 'KD-002'. Factory applied, blue coloured powder coating. Apply and cure as per manufacturer's instructions file number 'KD-1230-20', version 'A0', dated '2020-12-30'. For use with water up to 23°C.
'SC2 Coating'. Factory applied, clear, PTFE based coating. Apply and cure as per manufacturer's instructions 'LDAP-002 issue 1' dated 09-08-2016. For use with water up to 85°C.
'Protecfull SFP 108'. Factory applied, two-component, cream coloured polyurethane coating. Mix part A & part B in a 75:25 volume ratio and apply as per manufacturer's instructions reference '016. Ed.01.21' dated August 24, 2021. Cure for 7 days@23°C. For use with water up to 23°C. This material is only approved for the mixing and curing conditions that appear on the approval. If the mixing and/or curing conditions are varied from those specified on the approval then the material is not covered by the scope of the approval.
'Hempaline Defend 630 Cure 72'. Factory applied, white coloured, two-component epoxy coating. Mix base and curing agent in a 3:1 volume ratio and apply as per manufacturer's product data sheets dated June 2021, Cure for 6 days@20°C. For use with water up to 60°C. This material is only approved for the curing conditions that appear on the approval. 'EP-I-103'. Factory applied, blue coloured fusion bonded epoxy coating. Apply and cure as per manufacturer's instructions issue 'EPOXY86315', dated 'Nov. 15th, 2020'. For use with water up to 65°C.
'Rilsan (MagnaCoat 5501 F)'. Factory applied, white coloured (opaque), polyamide powder coating. Apply as per manufacturer's instructions dated 02/01/2018. Cure for 10 minutes@230°C. For use with water up to 65°C. This material is only approved for the curing conditions that appear on the approval. If the cure conditions are varied from those specified on the approval then the material is not covered by the scope of the approval.
'FIBER TECH 80, Low VOC fiberglass resin'. Factory applied, brown coloured polyester resin & fibreglass. Apply as per manufacturer's method statement reference 'PP-GRP-092021-R1' dated '21 Sept. 2020'. Cure for 48 hours@25°C. For use with water up to 23°C. This material is only approved for the curing conditions that appear on the approval.
