Flow is controlled to each shower outlet via individual ‘detent’ (push to on push to off) headworks. The temperature is controlled independently via a thermostatic cartridge with a dome type operating member that incorporates a manual override button. Both inlets incorporate an approved check valve cartridge, however the complete product has not been fully tested to demonstrate it provides backflow protection. The product is supplied with a shower hose, shower handset, riser rail and overhead shower outlet. The product is also supplied with two loose plastic flow regulators for installation between the valve and the shower hose, as well as on the inlet to the overhead shower. Maximum working pressure 5.0 bar. Maximum operating temperatures: shower handset 50°C, all other items 65°C.

In-line adjustable pressure reducing valve assembly with a DZR brass body. The assembly also incorporates a stainless strainer (part of the pressure reducing valve), a spherical valve with a brass ball on the inlet, a single check valve cartridge, verified by test (suitable for backflow protection against Fluid Category 2) on the outlet, and a drain port with a brass plug. The product also includes a port with a plastic plug to accommodate a gauge/sensor (not supplied). Adjustable outlet pressure range between 1.0 and 6.0 bar. Maximum supply pressure 10.0 bar. Range of pre-set, spring loaded, angled pressure relief valves, with a plastic body and EPDM diaphragm. The B312021 CST model only is pre-set at 4.0 bar, all other models are pre-set at 3.0 bar. The valves are fitted with either rotary type easing gear or hand operated lifting gear. Maximum operating temperature 99°C.
