Range of wall hung, gas fired, combination boilers providing domestic hot water via a plate heat exchanger. The primary circuit incorporates an integral expansion vessel and a pressure relief valve set at 3.0 bar. The product is supplied with a rigid pipe filling loop, followed by a separate isolation valve. The filling loop pipe attaches to the cold water inlet valve which incorporates a double check valve assembly (verified by test, suitable for backflow protection against Fluid Category 3) on the branch to the filling loop. The primary circuit includes an isolation valve on the flow and return and is also supplied with two loose 22mm compression isolation valves and a filter. Maximum working pressure of the primary circuit is 2.5 bar and the maximum supply pressure to the secondary circuit is 10.0 bar. Max operating temperature 65°C.

‘Alpha’ range of circulator pumps with either a composite (plastic) or stainless steel body, plastic impellor and EPDM ‘O’-rings. The Alpha 1 model B CIL3 has a black motor housing. The Alpha 1 model B and the Alpha 2 model E stainless steel body models have either a black or red motor housing. All other models have a red motor housing. The 1”-1½” models are supplied with EPDM gaskets for the inlet and outlet. The 2” model has fibre/NBR gaskets. Maximum working pressure 10.0 bar. Maximum operating temperature 95°C.

The product is supplied with a strainer and two stainless steel braided EPDM lined flexible hose assemblies. The outlet assembly incorporates a non-return valve, not suitable for backflow protection. TP series 200 range of single stage pumps with electrocoated cast iron or bronze bodies, stainless steel impellers and EPDM ‘O’-rings. (TPE models are only available with electrocoated cast iron bodies). The products can incorporate the following shaft seal variations: BQQE (silicon carbide-silicon carbide) & BQBE (Silicon carbide-carbon). The TPE pumps are available with or without a sensor. Range of shower columns with an integral brass body and an aluminium painted column with chrome plated upper. Flow is controlled by a solenoid valve activated by an infrared sensor. The shower head inlet incorporates a combined NBR washer and stainless steel filter. The shower outlet incorporates a plastic flow regulator. The product is supplied with an inline ½” BSP (M) x ¾” BSP (F) screwdriver operated spherical valve with chromium plated brass bodies and ball for installation on the inlet. The product drains down after each use via an integral LLDPE tube leading to a drain outlet at the base of the column. Maximum working pressure 8.0 bar. Cold water use only.
