This material is only approved for the curing conditions that appear on the approval. 'JIZJ-1'. Factory applied, light grey coloured Portland cement mortar. Mix cement, sand and water in a ratio of 1:1.7:0.55. Cure for 5 hours and 30 minutes@23°C. For use with water up to 65°C. This material is only approved for the mixing and curing conditions that appear on the approval. If the mix and/or cure conditions are varied from those specified on the approval then the material is not covered by the scope of the approval.
'HSXX CM-1'. Factory applied, grey coloured cement mortar. Mix, apply and cure as per manufacturer's Technical Data Sheet issue number '001' dated '2020.08.01'. For use with water up to 65°C.
'KOPATCH PC300-D/BLUE'. Factory applied, two component, dark blue coloured epoxy resin coating. Mix parts A & B in a volume ratio of 2:1. Cure for 7 days@20°C. For use with water up to 60°C. This material is only approved for the mixing and curing conditions that appear on the approval. If the mix and/or cure conditions are varied from those specified on the approval then the material is not covered by the scope of the approval.
'Jotaguard VA 5001. Factory applied, blue coloured epoxy coating. Apply as per manufacturer's TDS dated '9 November 2015'. Cure for 210 seconds@200°C. For use with water up to 85°C. This material is only approved for the curing conditions that appear on the approval. If the cure conditions are varied from those specified on the approval then the material is not covered by the scope of the approval.
'SRC RZ S&M&BDN 20'. Factory applied, grey coloured sulphate resistant cement mortar. Mix cement and sand in a 1:2.2 mass ratio. Combine that mix and water in a 1:0.45 mass ratio. Cure for 24 hours@25°C and 95% relative humidity. For use with water up to 60°C. This material is only approved for the mixing and curing conditions that appear on the approval. If the mix and/or cure conditions are varied from those specified on the approval then the material is not covered by the scope of the approval.
'EP01'. Factory applied, blue coloured epoxy powder coating. Apply and cure as per manufacturer's instructions 'V6.3' issued March 2019. For use with water up to 65°C.
'V-PET #1600 Gray F'. Factory applied, grey coloured epoxy resin powder coating. Apply as per manufacturer`s instructions ref. no. '20210216-1' dated 2021/2/16. Cure for 10 minutes@200°C. 'Vastcoat MT'. Factory applied, blue coloured thermoplastic powder coating. Apply as per manufacturer's instructions 'Issue number 02000202710' dated 20.02.2020. Cure for 10 minutes@200°C. 'TBX 500'. Triple layered, extruded hose comprising of a white coloured, translucent TPE inner layer, black coloured PVC middle layer and grey coloured PVC outer layer. For use with water up to 23°C.
'IKV Tribostar SSI 1203TF/IKV Tribofood SSI 1203TF'. Translucent, white coloured silicone greases. Apply as per manufacturer's instructions. For use with water up to 85°C.
