'V-PET#1600 GRAY AG'. Factory applied, grey coloured epoxy powder paint. Apply as per manufacturer's instructions ref '20210201-1' dated 2021/2/1. Cure for 10 minutes@200°C. For use with water up to 60°C. This material is only approved for the curing conditions that appear on the approval. 'High Build Solvent Free Epoxy Coating Red'. Factory applied, red coloured epoxy coating. Apply as per manufacturer's user instructions reference 'SPL/RD/UI/202006119', issue no, '01' dated 20.08.2020. Cure for 24 hours@30°C. For use with water up to 50°C. This material is only approved for the curing conditions that appear on the approval. If the cure conditions are varied from those specified on the approval then the material is not covered by the scope of the approval.
'JIZJ-1'. Factory applied, light grey coloured Portland cement mortar. Mix cement, sand and water in a ratio of 1:1.7:0.55. Cure for 5 hours and 30 minutes@23°C. For use with water up to 65°C. 'HSXX CM-1'. Factory applied, grey coloured cement mortar. Mix, apply and cure as per manufacturer's Technical Data Sheet issue number '001' dated '2020.08.01'. For use with water up to 65°C.
'KOPATCH PC300-D/BLUE'. Factory applied, two component, dark blue coloured epoxy resin coating. Mix parts A & B in a volume ratio of 2:1. Cure for 7 days@20°C. For use with water up to 60°C. This material is only approved for the mixing and curing conditions that appear on the approval. If the mix and/or cure conditions are varied from those specified on the approval then the material is not covered by the scope of the approval.
'Jotaguard VA 5001. Factory applied, blue coloured epoxy coating. Apply as per manufacturer's TDS dated '9 November 2015'. Cure for 210 seconds@200°C. For use with water up to 85°C. This material is only approved for the curing conditions that appear on the approval. 'SRC RZ S&M&BDN 20'. Factory applied, grey coloured sulphate resistant cement mortar. Mix cement and sand in a 1:2.2 mass ratio. Combine that mix and water in a 1:0.45 mass ratio. Cure for 24 hours@25°C and 95% relative humidity. For use with water up to 60°C. This material is only approved for the mixing and curing conditions that appear on the approval. If the mix and/or cure conditions are varied from those specified on the approval then the material is not covered by the scope of the approval.
'Fastfill'. Site applied, grey coloured cementitous mortar. Mix Fastfill and water in a 7.14:1 mass ratio. Cure for 21 days@7°C. For use with water up to 23°C. This material is only approved for the mixing and curing conditions that appear on the approval. If the mix and/or cure conditions are varied from those specified on the approval then the material is not covered by the scope of the approval.
'Nexseal Waterproofing Admixture'. Site applied, white coloured (opaque) waterproofing admixture in the form of a powder. Admixture to be added to cement in a dosing ratio of 1kg/m³. Wet cure for 48 hours@5°C. For use with water up to 23°C. This material is only approved for the mixing and curing conditions that appear on the approval.
