'Acudel 22000 NT 15’ (natural - appears off-white coloured) & ‘Acudel 22000 BK 937’ (black coloured). ‘Acudel 22000 BK 937 ECHO RP’ (black coloured) was added to the approval in April 2025. Injection moulded PPSU materials. For use with water up to 85°C.
'TCM CPRO'. Site applied, two-part (supplied with internal mixing nozzle so no manual mixing required), brown coloured chemical anchor resin. Apply as per manufacturer's instructions dated 02.03.2019. Cure for 4 days@5°C. For use with water up to 23°C. For use only as a resin anchor having been tested at a reduced surface area to volume ratio of 1,000mm² per 1 litre of water. This material is only approved for the mixing and curing conditions that appear on the approval. If the mix and cure conditions are varied from those specified on the approval then the material is not covered by the scope of the approval.
'EPDM 5518 Seal 3G'. Black coloured, compression moulded, EPDM rubber seal. Shore hardness 58. Tested in-radius size 1.92mm. For use with water up to 23°C.
'6EP1862 'O' ring'. Black coloured, injection moulded EPDM 'O' ring. Shore hardness 60. Tested in-radius size 0.89mm. For use with water up to 85°C.
'EPDM 9611 'O' rings'. Black coloured, compression moulded EPDM 'O' rings. Shore hardness 60. Tested in-radii sizes between 0.48mm & 2.0mm. For use with water up to 85°C.
'TJJH-EPDM gasket'. Black coloured, compression moulded EPDM gasket. Shore hardness 70. Tested in-radius size 1.2mm. Between April 2024 and March 2025, the gasket was for use with water up to 23°C. Between April 2025 and April 2029, the gasket is for use with water up to 65°C.
'EP02971PWRC'. Black coloured, compression moulded EPDM material. Shore hardness 72. Tested in-radius size 1.0mm. For use with water up to 85°C.
'EPDM BW 5950 J 70'. Black coloured, compression moulded EPDM material. Shore hardness 70. Tested in-radius size 2.0mm. For use with water up to 65°C.
‘7400, 7500, 7600, 7700 & 7800 ‘O’ rings’. Red coloured, compression moulded silicone rubber `O` rings. Shore hardness between 40 & 80. Tested in-radii sizes between 0.5mm & 2.0mm. ‘7700 washers’. Red coloured, compression moulded, silicone rubber rectangular washers. Shore hardness 70. Tested in-radius size 1.33mm. ‘7700 PLC091130 Profile Packing Seal’. Red coloured, compression moulded silicone rubber seal. Shore hardness 70. Tested in-radius size 2.26mm. All for use with water up to 85°C.
