'Titanseal 989'. Site applied, two-component, grey coloured (once mixed) polyurethane coating. Mix the grey coloured (opaque) base coating with the amber coloured hardener in a 3:1 volume ratio and apply Coat 1 as per manufacturer's application instructions dated '09.03.2018'. Cure for 4 hours@7°C. Mix and apply Coat 2 using the same mix ratio and application instructions and then cure for 14 days@7°C. For use with water up to 23°C. 'Epilux QD DW Coating - Blue'. Factory applied, blue coloured, two-component epoxy coating. Mix Base and Catalyst in a 3:1 volume ratio and apply as per manufacturer's 'Product Information Data Sheet No: 780', 'Revision: 00', 'Issue Date Feb-22'. Cure for 7 days@30°C. For use with water up to 60°C. This material is only approved for the mixing and curing conditions that appear on the approval. 'Epoxy PB Pipe Green (W) & Epoxy FB Pipe Green (HW)'. Factory applied, green coloured epoxy powder coatings. The substrate to which the coating is to be applied is pre-heated to 220˚C for 15 minutes before applying the coating as per product data sheet dated '27th June 2023'. Post-cure for 15 minutes@215°C. For use with water up to 85°C. This material is only approved for the pre-heat and post-cure conditions that appear on the approval. If the pre-heat and/or post-cure conditions are varied from those specified on the approval then the material is not covered by the scope of the approval.
'Versapox PW'. Factory applied, grey coloured, two component solvent free epoxy coating. Mix base and curing agent in a 3:1 volume ratio and apply as per manufacturer's product data sheet 'issue No. 01', dated 'Jan 2022'. Cure for 10 days@20°C. For use with water up to 23°C. This material is only approved for the mixing and curing conditions that appear on the approval. ‘PULRON 101 AQUA’. Factory applied, green coloured polyethylene coating. Apply a single coat (200μm thickness) as per manufacturer's instructions 'ELS.TT.C01.40', 'Rev00', dated '13.06.2023', Cure for 10 minutes at 200°C. Between June 2023 and December 2024, the material was for use with water up to 23°C. Between January 2025 and June 2028, the material is for use with water up to 65°C. This material is only approved for the curing conditions that appear on the approval. If the cure conditions are varied from those specified on the approval then the material is not covered by the scope of the approval.

'Weberdry epo PW'. Site applied, light grey coloured (once mixed), two-component epoxy coating. Mix Part A (light grey coloured) with Part B (translucent, yellow coloured) in a weight ratio of 100:20. Apply as per manufacturer's TDS 'Edition: 04.23-A'. Cure for 24 hours@25°C. Mix and apply a second coat in the same way and then cure for 14 days@25°C. For use with water up to 23°C.
