‘V-PET#1600 Gray F’. Factory applied, dark grey coloured epoxy resin powder coating. Apply as per manufacturer’s instructions ‘ref.no. VP1600-PD-170412’, dated '12th April 2017'. Cure for 10 minutes@200°C. For use with water up to 60°C. This material is only approved for the curing conditions that appear on the approval. If the curing conditions are varied from those specified on the approval then the material is not covered by the scope of the approval.
'5013 High chlorinated polyethylene anticorrosive coating'. Factory applied, blue coloured polyethylene coating. Apply as per manufacturer's TDS/IFU number '001', dated '2022.11.30'. Cure for 24 hours@23°C. For use with water up to 65°C. This material is only approved for the curing conditions that appear on the approval. If the cure conditions are varied from those specified on the approval then the material is not covered by the scope of the approval.
Factory applied, grey coloured blast furnace slag cements. ‘BFSC PAM MDN 1’. Mix water, sand, admixture & cement in a mass ratio of 0.33:2.35:0.0080:1 and apply as per manufacturer’s instructions ‘CE 7M’, dated ‘25/08/15’. Cure for 7 hours@70°C. For use with water up to 60°C. BFSC PAM GDN 1’. Mix water, sand, admixture & cement in a mass ratio of 0.33:2.84:0.0065:1 and apply as per manufacturer’s instructions ‘CE 8M/-3A’, dated ‘25/08/15’. Cure for 7 hours@70°C. For use with water up to 60°C. These materials are only approved for the mixing and curing conditions that appear on the approval. 'GCF-SRC'. Factory applied, grey coloured cement mortar. Mix sand, cement and water in a ratio of 4:2:1 and apply as per manufacturer's instructions 'QC-WI-8.1.8, revision 2/0, issue date 30/10/2021'. Cure for 28 days@24°C. For use with water up to 65°C. This material is only approved for the mixing & curing conditions that appear on the approval. If the mix and/or cure conditions are varied from those specified on the approval then the material is not covered by the scope of the approval.
