'Titan A202'. Site applied, pale yellow coloured hydrophilic polyurethane foam. Apply as per manufacturer's Tech Sheet '03', dated '10.01.2023' and spray treated surface with water. Cure for 6 hours at an ambient temperature (19-21°C). For use with water up to 23°C. This material is only approved for the curing conditions that appear on the approval. If the cure conditions are varied from those specified on the approval then the material is not covered by the scope of the approval.
'ERIKS 55950 'O' rings'. Black coloured, injection moulded EPDM 'O' rings. Shore hardness 70. Tested in-radius size 3.5mm. For use with water up to 85°C.
'E7001Z59 (EP02269PF) 2x modified'. Black coloured, compression moulded EPDM 'O' rings. Shore hardness 72 A. Tested in-radii sizes between 1.4mm & 1.8mm. For use with water up to 85°C.
‘Sunaflex T 9635’. Black coloured, compression moulded EPDM material. Shore hardness 70. Tested in-radius size 1.0mm. Between March 2023 and August 2023, the material was for use with water up to 23°C. Between September 2023 and March 2028, the material is for use with water up to 80°C.
'A-KT 90-00'. Black coloured, extruded and rotocured EPDM rubber material. Shore hardness 90. Tested in-radius size 1.0mm. Between April 2023 and October 2024, the material is for use with water up to 23°C. From November 2024, the material is for use with water up to 85°C.
‘N5118F, N5518F, N6118F, N6518F, N7118F, N7008F, N7518F, N8118F, N8518F & N9118F’. Black coloured, compression moulded NBR rubber `O` rings and gaskets. Shore hardness between 50 & 90. 'O' rings have a tested in-radius size of between 0.25mm & 5.0 mm. Gaskets have a tested in-radius size of between 0.3mm & 7.5mm. For use with water up to 85°C.

3-in1 single hole, single outlet (swivel) combination tap assembly (chromium plated or brushed stainless steel PVD brass). The cold//hot/mixed water circuit incorporates a ceramic cartridge headwork with a single lever operating member. The near boiling water circuit incorporates a quarter turn ceramic disc headwork with a single lever operating member. The tap is supplied with a stainless steel braided PEX lined flexible hose assembly, brass adaptor incorporating a plastic flow regulator, NBR washer and plastic adaptor to connect the tap to the near boiling water unit (not supplied) and a PTFE or silicone (from September 2024) flexible pipe to deliver near boiling water back to the tap. The spout outlet incorporates a plastic aerator, which includes a central stainless steel tube insert throughout the near boiling water outlet of the aerator. Maximum working pressure 10.0 bar. Maximum operating temperatures: 65°C (cold/hot/mixed water circuit). 99°C (near boiling water circuit after boiler unit, cold supply only prior to boiler unit).
Range of single hole, single outlet (fixed) electronically controlled combination tap assembles with brass bodies (various finishes). Flow is controlled via a solenoid valve activated via an infra -red sensor. The temperature is controlled via a ceramic cartridge and a single lever operating member. The inlet adaptor incorporates a single check valve cartridge (verified by test, suitable for backflow protection against fluid category 2). The outlet incorporates a stainless-steel strainer and an aerator. Maximum working pressure 5.0 bar Maximum operating temperature 60°C.
