Apply one or two coats as per manufacturer's Technical Data Sheet '999', revision date '24-03-2026'. Cure Coat 1 for 16 hours@20°C. Cure Coat 2 for 7 days@20°C. For use with water up to 60°C. These materials are only approved for the mixing and curing conditions that appear on the approval. If the mixing and/or curing conditions are varied from those specified on the approval then the materials are not covered by the scope of the approval.
'NextGen NP-F9500 PW'. Factory applied, blue coloured powder coating. Apply as per National Paints technical data sheet 'FBE/ REV01 09-07-2019'. Cure for 3 minutes@240°C. For use with water up to 85°C. This material is only approved for the curing conditions that appear on the approval. If the cure conditions are varied from those specified on the approval then the material is not covered by the scope of the approval.
'ShaliPoxy 400 FG'. Factory applied, white coloured, two-component epoxy coating. Mix components A & B in a volume ratio of 3:1 and apply as per manufacturer’s TDS ‘0982019’. Cure for 7 days@27°C. For use with water up to 23°C. This material is only approved for the mixing and curing conditions that appear on the approval. If the mix and/or cure conditions are varied from those specified on the approval then the material is not covered by the scope of the approval.
'Lewatit S 8227 & S 8229'. 'Lewatit® S 8229 Plus X' was added to the approval in March 2026. White coloured ion exchange resins. For use with water up to 23°C.
'Revolve M-638, M-694 & M-695'. Black coloured Polyethylene materials manufactured using rotational moulding. For use with water up to 85°C.
