'RS-0004'. White coloured, compression moulded seal ring manufactured from 'ADR 96' ceramic material. For use with water up to 85°C.
'MORAPOX-WP'. Factory applied, two-part, red coloured epoxy coating comprising of a paint and hardener. Mix paint and hardener in a 2:1 volume ratio. Cure for 7 days@23°C. For use with water up to 23°C. This material is only approved for the mixing and curing conditions that appear on the approval. If the mixing and/or curing conditions are varied from those specified on the approval then the material is not covered by the scope of the approval.
'SC4'. Factory applied, clear PTFE coating, intended for use with `O` rings, seals & gaskets. Apply as `Superior Group Quality Management System Procedure Reference 8.6’ referenced in document `LDAP-008 issue 1` released 01/05/2020. For use with water up to 85°C
`Suns-02`. Grey coloured, factory applied cement mortar. Mix, apply and cure as per user instructions 'doc: SUNS-U110320, version B` dated 2015-12. Cure for 24 hours@25°C. Between 1st May 2021 and 30th March 2022, the cement mortar is suitable for use with water up to 23°C. Between 31st March 2022 and 31st May 2026, the cement mortar is suitable for use with water up to 60°C
'XH-S'. Factory applied, grey coloured sulphate resistant Portland cement. Mix sand, cement and water in a 1.5:1.0:0.5 weight ratio. Cure for 3 hours@23-25°C. For use with water up to 65°C. This material is only approved for the curing conditions that appear on the approval. If the cure conditions are varied from those specified on the approval then the material is not covered by the scope of the approval.
'Tianli 5070 Polyester Epoxy Powder Coating'. Blue coloured, factory applied polyester epoxy powder coating. Apply as per manufacturer's Technical Data Sheet 'V.131130' dated 2013-11-30. Cure for 20 minutes@180°C. For use with water up to 85°C. This material is only approved for the curing conditions that appear on the approval. If the cure conditions are varied from those specified on the approval then the material is not covered by the scope of the approval.
'V-PET#1600 GRAY AG'. Factory applied, grey coloured epoxy powder paint. Apply as per manufacturer's instructions ref '20210201-1' dated 2021/2/1. Cure for 10 minutes@200°C. For use with water up to 60°C. This material is only approved for the curing conditions that appear on the approval. If the cure conditions are varied from those specified on the approval then the material is not covered by the scope of the approval.
'High Build Solvent Free Epoxy Coating Red'. Factory applied, red coloured epoxy coating. Apply as per manufacturer's user instructions reference 'SPL/RD/UI/202006119', issue no, '01' dated 20.08.2020. Cure for 24 hours@30°C. For use with water up to 50°C. This material is only approved for the curing conditions that appear on the approval. If the cure conditions are varied from those specified on the approval then the material is not covered by the scope of the approval.
'Ferolite NAM 30'. Green coloured fibre/NBR gasket material manufactured by calendaring. Shore hardness 42A. For use with water up to 65°C. For use only as a jointing/gasket material having been tested at a reduced surface area to volume ratio.
'Ferolite NAM 32'. Green coloured fibre/NBR gasket material manufactured by calendaring. Shore hardness 38A. For use with water up to 65°C. For use only as a jointing/gasket material having been tested at a reduced surface area to volume ratio.
'Fluxite'. Brown coloured soldering flux. For use with water up to 85°C.
'Bessil F-50 Silicone oil'. Clear, colourless liquid intended to be used as a lubricant. Apply as per manufacturer's instructions. For use with water up to 85°C.
'G.Beslux Bessil EH-00 Silicone Paste'. White coloured, opaque silicone grease/paste. For use with water up to 85°C.
'RILSAN® BMN G8 TLDA'. Black coloured, injection moulded PA material. For use with water up to 23°C.
'RILSAN® BUM 30 O'. Grey coloured, injection moulded PA material. For use with water up to 23°C.
'POLYPOL-1005'. Light orange coloured, contact moulded unsaturated polyester resin material. For use with water up to 50°C.
