Range of meter boxes incorporating a plastic manifold arrangement consisting of a stop valve with non-rising spindle , check valve (however the complete assembly has not been tested to demonstrate it provides adequate backflow) and concentric meter port. Some models incorporate a drain off or blacking plug. Connections can be compression or push fit (see model). For use with PE8-0 pipe to BS EN 12201 and copper to EN 1057. Range of hand wash and dryer units The flow is controlled by a solenoid valve activated via an infra-red sensor. The products are supplied with a non-verifiable double check valve assembly (suitable for backflow protection against Fluid category 3) for installation on the inlet. The double check valve assembly also incorporates a drain port, (located in between the cartridges), and an integral spherical valve. Maximum working pressure 10.0 bar. Maximum operating temperature 50ºC.
